after you and the others took kageyama back to his hostel and akaashi and bokuto went their own way as well, you and the team went back to the hotel.

it's now the next day, and inarizaki would have their first match against some team that you may or may not have forgotten the name of. not that it matters, because they will win anyway #plot.

you're standing somewhere in the back just chilling with your fellow managers, when some other two managers come walking up to you, riley, and kaiya.

"yacchan?"

you frown when you hear those words leave kaiya's lips. don't fucking tell me that kaiya knows karasuno's managers—

"kaiya-chan!" the blonde girl says, running up to her and hugging her. "it's been so long! how did the moving go?"

you frown as you see the two interact, moving your head to riley who shrugs. "i don't know. i do know them, though," she says, biting her lip. "i was in their team chat."

you sigh, facepalming yourself. "why does literally everyone know each other?"

"oh my god, riley!" the blonde female now walks towards riley, also pulling her up in a hug.

you're just standing there confused. "what is going on?"

"you must be y/n-chan! the one kageyama-kun has been texting?" a really beautiful girls asks you. she seems older than yachi, and honestly you're taken aback by her beauty.

"um- uh... yeah?"

she chuckles, "i'm kiyoko shimizu, karasuno's manager. kageyama has told us quite a lot about you! you two seems to be really good friends," she says, looking at you. "you look really pretty, y/n-chan."

your eyes widen, "oh... thanks. um, wow. you look pretty too, kiyoko-san!"

you bow as a greeting and to hide your blushed cheeks.

riley and kaiya chuckle at you, helping you up to look at the two girls, "and this is hitoka yachi! she was my classmate before i moved."

"there's no way you were in the smartest class of karasuno?" riley frowns, looking at kaiya. "um, i mean... i only know that because yachi and i are friends."

you chuckle, "nah riley, you're right. kaiya is dumb."

the girl gasps at you and shakes her head. "how dare you?"

you've forgot all of the betrayel you felt for a short moment, but once you think back to kageyama it comes back.

you and kaiya really have to talk.

"um, anyway," kaiya says with a cough, looking at yachi. "i didn't know you were their manager? since when are you?"

"oh, uh, kiyoko-san said they needed a manager and i was still looking for a club so that's actually why i am one. but i do love it a lot so i'm definitely looking forward to be it for the next two years!"

you smile, thinking back at how you became a manager.

now that you're here... maybe you don't even mind it that much anymore. you're here with kaiya, riley... it should be cool. maybe you should stay the manager, just for the guys. plus, you do love your friends so what's the harm in spending more time with them?

ah, who are you kidding... you're already spending enough time with them and even if you're not the manager, you might still hang out with them at practice just like haruko does.

might as well stay the manager.

"oh actually, we have to go now because the match is starting soon– um, hope to see you soon?" yachi asks, looking at riley, kaiya, and even you.
