Mercury: What are you going to do with her?
He asked as Mundus stood in front of Salem. Seeing him stare at Salem as she hung unconsciously in front of him.
Mundus: Don't worry about her. She'll serve her purpose for that boy.
He answered as he looked at him.
Mercury: When can I go after him.
Mundus: If you desire it now then go.
He said as Mercury smirked.
Mercury: Thank you my lord.
He said before leaving Mundus alone with Salem.
Mundus: How pitiful. A queen of the beasts of this world but now a broken queen.
He said as he slowly raised his hand, a purple orb slowly forming in between them.
Mundus: I wonder what the boy will do when he sees her.
To Y/N
Y/N: Didn't think I'd come here.
He said as he walked with team RWBY and JNPR.
Ruby: Why do you think that Y/N?
She asked as she looked at him with a smile.
Y/N: Well...
He said as he felt a nudge at his shoulder before turning to look at Blake.
Blake: Pay attention.
She whispered into his ear as Y/N groans.
Y/N: Fine.
He said before turning to the front, looking at Goodwitch as she walked into the forest.
Goodwitch: The forest of forever falls is indeed beautiful but we are not here to sight see. Professor Peaches asked all of you to collect samples from the trees deep inside this forest and I'm here to make sure none of you die while doing so.
She said before turning towards the group of students as Jaune stumbled towards them.
Goodwitch: Each of you is to gather one jars worth of red sap however this forest is full of grimm so be sure to stay by your teammates. We will rendezvous back here at four o'clock. Have fun.
She said as Y/N sighs while Ruby smiled.
Ruby: Come on Y/N!
She yelled excitingly before dashing away with Y/N as the two teams looked at each other.
Pyrrha: She's excited.
She said as she looked at the two.
Weiss: That dolt! We are supposed to be working together!
She growls as she followed the two while Blake looked at Yang.
Blake: Come on Yang.
She said as she tapped her shoulder.
Yang: Y-Yeah. Will be right there .
She responded before following her two teammates. Holding her loose sleeve as she stared at the ground.
Nora: Poor Yang. Do you think we could cheer her up with food?
She asked as she looked at her teammates.
Ren: Not now Nora.
He said before picking up a jar.
Pyrrha: Jaune ?
She asked as she turned to the side to see Jaune walking away with Cardin.
Pyrrha: Never mind.
She sighed to herself before following her team.
To Blake
Blake: Are you okay Yang?
She asked as Yang slowly opened a jar with her one arm.
Yang: I'm doing fine.
She muttered as she dropped the cover on the ground before placing it against the tree.
Blake: Are you sure?
She asked as she watched her.
Yang: Yes.
She growls as the red sap slowly poured into the jar.
Blake: Yang.
She said as Yang slowly tug onto her loose sleeve.
Yang: I'm fine. Just go do your assignment.
She told her as Blake sighs before turning around to do her assignment.
Yang: Just leave me be.
She thought to herself as she finished filling up her jar before putting the cover back on.
To Y/N
Ruby: Are you almost done?
She asked as she looked at him, tilting her head to the side.
Y/N: Yeah. I'm almost done with yours.
He said as he knelt by her jar, watching the red sap pour into the jar.
Ruby: Yeah!
She yelled excitingly as Y/N chuckles.
Y/N: Why aren't you doing this yourself?
He asked as he looked at her.
Ruby: Because you've already done yours silly.
She giggles as Weiss rolled her eyes.
Weiss: You're supposed to be doing it yourself dolt. Not have Y/N do it for you.
She told her as Ruby pouts.
Ruby: He's already done this Weiss. I also needed help getting the sap.
She told her as Weiss looked at her.
Weiss: It is easy you dolt.
Ruby: Well I needed help!
Y/N: Girls. It's fine.
He said as the two glared at each other.
Y/N: Weiss, it's fine. Ruby, come here to look at how I do it.
He said as Ruby watched him while Weiss attended to hers.
Ruby: So that's how you do it.
She said with awe as Y/N chuckles.
Y/N: Now you can do it.
He said as Ruby pouts.
Ruby: But I want you to do all of it for me!
She yelled before pouting.
Y/N: If you do it, I'll get you a pack of cookies when we get back to Beacon.
He said before seeing her dash away, leaving a trail of red peddles.
Y/N: And she's gone.
He chuckles as Weiss rolled her eyes.
Weiss: Of course that's what gets her to do her work.
She said before going to another tree.
Y/N: It never fails.
He thought to himself before looking to the side.
Y/N: Something's not right.
He thought to himself as he slowly reached for Red Queen before feeling a large object hit him from behind.
Y/N: Gah!
He gasped before hitting a tree as a male figure landed in front of him.
???: It's been a while traitor.
The male figure growled as Y/N growled.
Y/N: Mercury.
