Chapter 15: The Pitiful Cries Of Those Without Strength

Third Person POV 

Y/N puts Blue Rose back into his holster as he sees Cinder's head in bits and pieces. 

Y/N: Foolishness, Cinder. Foolishness. 
He said before walking out of the room, leaving the dead body on the ground. 

Y/N: Here is a reunion present for them both and her. 
He said before going to the elevator to only open, revealing Ruby. 

Ruby: Y/N!? 

Y/N: Oh hey Ruby. What were you doing up here? 
He asked as he stands in front of her and closed the door. 

Ruby: What happened? I heard a gunshot. 
She said to him. 

Y/N: Oh its nothing. 
He lies as the elevator goes down to the first floor. 

The elevator opens as Y/N walks out towards the door while Ruby follows behind him. 

Ruby: So what happened up there? 
She asked him. 

Y/N: Oh. Nothing happened. 
He lied as he sees Mercury running up to the entrance.

Ruby: Y/N? 
She asked as she looks at him with confusion. 

Struggling to hold in his rage as he sees Mercury running towards the entrance, he grabs Ruby and flies away using his newly formed semblance. Ruby looked at him with shock as she saw his blue skin and amber eyes before they landed on the balcony. 

Ruby: Whoa. 
She said as she backed up. 

Y/N looked at his arms and saw his blue skin before looking at Ruby. Ruby looks at him with awe in her eyes as Y/N slowly looked away, thinking he scared her. His skin slowly turned back to normal as he turned away. 

Y/N: See you around Ruby. 
He said and started walking away. 

Ruby: Wait. 
She said and grabs his hand. 

Y/N: What? 
He asked, not bothering to look at her. 

Ruby: What was that? 
She asked as she looks at him, seeing him look away. 

Y/N stays silent as he looks away, remembering what people did to him in the past. 

Ruby: Y/N? 
She asked, seeing that he was quiet. 

Y/N slowly turned to her, revealing his normal E/C eyes as he looks at her. 

Y/N: What? 

Ruby: What was that just earlier? 
She asked as she looks into his E/C eyes. 

Y/N remains quiet as he looks at her. 

Ruby: Come on Y/N. 
She said as she looks at him. 

Y/N: That was my semblance. 
He said as he looks away. 

Ruby: R-Really? 
She asked him. 

Y/N looks away, thinking she might react like in the earlier years. 

Ruby: THAT IS COOL! 
She yells with a smile. 

Y/N looks at her with shock before smiling a little. 

Ruby: When did you learn? 
She asked. 

Y/N J-Just a few days ago. 
He chuckles. 

Ruby smiles. 

Ruby: So....what do you want to do? 
She asked him as she had her arms behind her, looking away from him. 

Y/N: Want to dance? 
He asks.
