Third Person POV
Ruby was in the dance hall as she looked down before seeing Weiss put two pieces of cloth in front of her.
Weiss: I need you to pick a tablecloth.
She said as she slides two of them forward.
Ruby: Umm. Aren't they the same?
She asked as she looked at her.
Weiss: (sighs) I don't even know why I asked.
She said and walked away as Yang placed a large speaker near Ruby.
Yang: So have you picked out a dress yet?
She asked as she looks at Ruby.
Ruby: What's the point? Who cares about the dance if Blake isn't going?
She asked as she looked at her depressingly.
Yang: Oh, don't worry. She's going.
She smirked before turning around.
Yang: Weiss! I thought we agreed! No doilies.
Weiss: If I don't get doilies, you don't get fog machines.
She points to Yang.
THUD
The three girls turned to see Y/N walking into the room with Sun and Neptune.
Neptune/Y/N: Your dance is gonna have fog machines?
Y/N: We were thinking about it.
She looks at Y/N.
Neptune: That's pretty cool.
Sun: You ladies all excited for dress up?
He asked as he points at them.
Ruby: Pfft.
She scoffed.
Yang: Laugh all you want. I'll be turning heads tomorrow tonight.
She said confidently.
Weiss: What are you three wearing?
She asked.
Sun: Uh...This.
He points to his outfit.
Neptune: Ignore hi, for he knows not what he says.
He said as he placed his hand in front of Sun.
Sun: Hey. I may have moved to Mistral but I grew up in Vacuo. It's exactly not a shirt and tie type of place.
Yang: Yeah. We've noticed.
She said as she looked at them.
Weiss: What about you Y/N?
Y/N: Uh...I'm not sure.
He said as he shrugs.
Yang: Come on. It'll be fun.
She said as she winks at him once again.
Y/N looks at her with blank expression before sighing.
Y/N: I suppose I'll go.
He said as he looks at them.
Sun: So what does Blake think of all of this? She still being all ya know...Blakey?
Weiss: Obviously.
She said as she crossed her arms.
Ruby: I still can't think of a way to change her mind.
Y/N: I suppose I'll talk to her.
He said as he walks out of the door, leaving the group behind.
To Blake
Blake was sitting the library as she looked at the computer screen, tiredly as she continues to search for clues to the white fang. She continued to search for clues until Y/N pulled up a chair and sat by her.
Blake: What is it?
She asks as she continues to search for clues.
Y/N: Came to check up on you.
He said as he looks at her tired eyes.
