Chapter 78: To Mistral

Third Person POV 

Ruby: Yang! 
She yelled out out her sister's name as she burst into her room, smiling widely, as she held a plate of cookies in her hand. 

Ruby: I've just made a batch of cookies. 
She said with a smile as she stood by her sister, seeing her sister in her bed as she looked out the window. 

Ruby: Yang? 
She whimpered as Yang slowly looked at her. 

Yang: Ruby. 
She said, forcing a smile at her as Ruby looked at her, somberly. 

Ruby: Are you feeling better? 
She asked as Yang slowly nodded. 

Yang: I'm fine Rubes. Thanks for the cookies. 
She said before taking a cookie and biting it. 

Ruby: Is it good? 
She asked, looking at her eagerly as Yang swallowed it. 

Yang: Just like mom's. 
She said with a smile as Ruby smiles widely. 

Ruby: Yeah! 
She yelled happily as Yang giggles. 

Ruby: I'll go make more and bring you more! 
She yells before leaving the room as Blake slowly walked into the room. 

Blake: Yang... 
She said as Yang looked at the window once more, as if she was ignoring her. 

Blake: Yang...
She called out to her once more as Yang continued to stare out the window. 

Blake: Are you really okay? 
She asked as Yang slowly looked at her, tears slowly falling down her cheeks. 

Yang: No. I'm not fine. I see his face every night. I see him cutting me down as I defended you that day Blake. 

To Ozpin 

Goodwitch: What is taking them a while. They should have arrived in Mistral by now. 
She said, crossing her arms as she looked at the headmaster. 

Ozpin: Patience Glynda. Y/N would contact us as soon he and the girls made it to Mistral. 

Goodwitch: And what if he never does? 

Ozpin: He will. 

Goodwitch: Then how come he hasn't contacted us for the past few days. 

Ozpin: Mr L/N suggested that they take the road to Mistral. 

Goodwitch: So he can take the maiden to her? 

Ozpin: You know full well that L/N is not going to. 
He said as Goodwitch scoffed. 

Goodwitch: Do you really believe the former assassin will not return its master. 

Ozpin: Y/N will contact us when he gets to Mistral. He most likely is dealing with other issues on the road. 

Pyrrha's POV 

Amber: What's taking him. 
She growled as she and I sat on our horses, waiting for Y/N. 

"Long line?" 
I asked as I looked at her. 

Amber: Buying a pack of food and water does not take this long. 
She growled louder as I looked into the store, seeing Y/N as he stood at the cash register. 

"Does he usually take this long?" 
I asked as I looked at Amber once more. 

Amber: I don't know but I wish he was faster! 

???: Heretic! You'll pay with your blood!
I heard a voice scream as I looked around us to see no one near us.  

"What the?" 
I thought to myself before turning around to see her once more. Her red eyes staring at me with a grin as she held her dagger before licking it.

Third Person POV 

THUD 

Y/N: Oh, I'm finally done. 
He said as Amber glared at him. 

Amber: About time. 

Y/N: Don't be like that. Line was long. 
He said before tossing a piece of bread at her. 

Y/N: Pyrrha? 
He asked as Pyrrha stared at the front door. 

Y/N: Pyrrha? 

Pyrrha: Oh Y/N! 
She said as she looked at him, holding a piece of bread in his hand. 

Y/N: Hungry?

Pyrrha: Thank you Y/N. 
She said before taking out of his hands and biting into it. 

Y/N: You're welcome. 
He said before climbing onto their horse. 

Pyrrha: How long until we reach Mistral? 
She asked, looking at him with her emerald eyes. 

Y/N: About a few hours from here. We should be able to read there by tonight. 
He said as Pyrrha laid her head on his shoulder. 

Pyrrha: Can't wait to have a warm bath. 
She said as Y/N chuckled. 

Y/N: Can't wait. 

Pyrrha: Can't wait to show you around Mistral.
