Chapter 69: Returning to Beacon

Third Person POV 

Y/N: I told you Alyssa, I'm fine. 
He said, sitting up in a medical bed as Alyssa looked at him, crossing her arms. 

Alyssa: Falling out of 5 story window in a fight does not sound fine. 
She said, glaring at him. 

Y/N: I didn't break anything. 
He retorts as she continued to stare at him. 

Alyssa: At least you're alive. 
She sighs softly as Y/N laid on his bed. 

Y/N: Where's Dante and Vergil? 
He asked as Alyssa looked away. 

Alyssa: They're busy. 
She answered as Y/N looked at her. 

Y/N: Are you okay? 
He asked as Alyssa nodded. 

Alyssa: Yeah, I'm fine. 
She said with a small smile. 

???: Y/N! 
A scream was heard as red petals flew into the room. 

Y/N: Hey Ru-

Ruby: I missed you! 
She yelled, laying on his stomach as she stared into his eyes. 

Y/N: Ruby, I only been gone for few hours.
He chuckles as she stared at him. 

Ruby: And you've got into trouble. AGAIN! 
She yelled as Ruby pat her head. 

Y/N: I don't know what you're talking about. 
He said as she glares at him, pouting. 

???: Ruby, don't you think you should let him rest? 
A voice asked as Ruby turned to see Blake standing at the door. 

Ruby: Y-Yeah. 
She said before climbing off. 

Ruby: I'll go get Yang and Weiss! 
She yelled before bursting out of the room, leaving the two alone. 

Y/N: Hey Blake. 
He said as Blake sat by him. 

Blake: How are you feeling? 
She asked as her hand ran along his cast. 

Y/N: Feeling better. 
He replies as Blake smiles. 

Y/N: What about you? 
He asked as she laid by his side, her head on his on his shoulder as her finger ran along his chest. 

Blake: I missed you. 
She said, continuing to run her finger along his chest. 

Y/N: I missed you too. 
He said before feeling her lips against his. 

Somewhere Else 

Dante: Hey, what do you think the kid is doing? 
He asked before swinging rebellion, cleaving a demon's head off as blood splattered all over the ground around him. 

Vergil: He should be fine. 
He said before stabbing one through the chest, hearing it groan softly before going limp. 

Dante: Don't you think we should have told him about this situation? 
He asked slashing through another. 

Vergil: Alyssa should be the one to inform about us. 
He said before stabbing another charging at him from behind. 

Dante: I think you should have been the one to tell him about us. 
He said as Vergil looked at him. 

Vergil: No, it's better to keep it that way. 

Dante: And what about Mundus? Your kid knows about him now. 
He said as Vergil slashes through another, his sword slashing through a demon from shoulder to its hip before falling to the ground. 

Vergil: Mundus will no longer be a problem. 

Somewhere Else 

Ozpin: So that's all of them? 
He asked as he looked at him, his hands clasped together as he stared at Y/N. Looking at him as he sat in front of him, a cast around his demonic arm as he slowly nodded. 

Y/N: That'll be all of them. 
He answered as he looked at the headmaster before him. 

Ozpin: What will you do now? 
He asked as Y/N sighs. 

Y/N: I'll stick around. 
He said before standing up, groaning softly as the headmaster watched him from his desk .

Ozpin: And what about Vergil and Dante? 
He asked as Y/N stopped in front of an elevator. 

Y/N: What about them? 

Ozpin: Where have those two gone? 

Y/N: I don't know. 
He said before walking into the elevator. 

Y/N: Great, I come back to Beacon and I have to deal with the headmaster of all people. 
He sighs to himself, laying against the wall of the elevator. 

Y/N: I wonder what Dante is doing right now. 
He thought to himself before closing his eyes, thinking of something. 

Flashback 

Ruby: Huh, Y/N, can you talk to Yang for a little bit? 
She asked, twiddling her fingers as she looked at him. 

Y/N: What's wrong? 
He asked as Ruby slowly looked down at the ground. 

Ruby: Uh... I was hoping you can cheer her up. 
She said, continuing to twiddle with her fingers. 

Y/N: Yeah, I'll try to talk to her. 

Ruby: T-Thank y-you Y/n. 
She said with a soft smile. 

DING 

Flashback Ends 

Y/N: Great. 
He thought to himself as the elevator doors opened, revealing the courtyard as he walked out of the elevator. 

Y/N: Now that I'm back, I'll have to get my shit together again. 
He cursed to himself. 

???: Hey Y/N...
A familiar voice called out as Y/N turned around to see Weiss. Seeing her icy blue eyes looking at him with a small smile. 

Y/N: Oh, hey Weiss. 
He said as she walked towards him, smiling. 

Weiss: Talked with Ozpin? 
She asked as Y/N nods. 

Weiss: About what? 

Y/N: Just about where I was. 
He replies as Weiss smiled. 

Y/N: How are you feeling? 

Weiss: Feeling better.

Y/N: That's good. 

Weiss: Hey, you available tonight? 

Y/N: For what?

Weiss: Ruby wants to go out for dinner tonight. She wants to know if you want to go. 

Y/N: Yeah, I can go. 
He said as Weiss smiles. 

Weiss: That's good, be at the dorm at 7:00 tonight.
