"is it yummy" i asked smiling.

were still here in their farm at nakasalampak kami ngayon sa banig na inilatag ni tita pilar, i won't even complain the ambiance of this place make me calm and i won't deny that.

"very yummy" rod said while chewing my pinakbet, ofcourse that's my pinakbet because i'm the one who cook that..pero nasunog nga lang.

"tay hindi ka po mukhang okay" ella teased then rod look at ella while he smiling while biting the eggplant.

"tita pilar at tito pepe is it yummy" i asked them smiling, they both smile at me as they looked at me.

"oo nak ang sarap nga eh muntik nang maging uling itong ulam natin" tito pepe joked that make ella laugh so hard! tanginang ella to! she's the main reason why my pinakbet isn't that good.

i mean my pinakbet is good but it's sunog! and that's because of ella.

"stop laughing you look like monkey!" i rolled my eyes at her.

"nako anak bakit naman kase nasunog to" tita pilar said.

"ella keep running away from me! so i i tried to catch her" i reasoned

"let me guess, you didn't caught her noh" rod look at me teasingly that's make me gave him the annoyance look.

"tangina mo" i whispered.

"what did you say" rod asked.

"nothing, sabi ko bilisan mo na kumain tutal ang sabi mo masarap naman ang luto ko diba" nilagay ko naman lahat ng pakbet sa plato niya

"imee-" i cut him.

"why? you told me that my pinakbet is good. kaya ubusin mo lahat yan" i said then i looked at tita pilar and tito pepe who's now laughing at us.

"nako rodrigo nakahanap ka na katapat mo" tito pepe laughed at rod

"nako tito hirap nga pong alagaan ng dragona eh" he joked to his tito.

"ah talaga lang ha, let see" i said.

"sige na mauna na kami sainyo magingisda pa kami nitong tito niyo" pagpapaalam nila tito at tita saamin.

"Sige po kami na bahala dito"
i wave at them while smiling before they finally left us.

"done, finally" he exclaimed.

"now tell me how does it taste" i asked, well i know in myself that my pinakbet are not so good because even me i didn't eat my food dahil sunog ang pinakbet dahil naghabulan kami ni ella

but i want to hear the words "hindi masarap" from rodrigo

but why the hell he can't say that!

"masarap" i frowned.

"are you insane! tell me the Truth" i said annoyed.

"i'm telling the truth" he said, i rolled my eyes.

"fuck rodrigo why don't you say na hindi masarap at sunog!" i hissed, he giggle.

"everything you make for me is good imee. wala akong pakielam kung sunog o hindi as long that you made it, sigurado akong masarap" he sincerely said that make chuckle a bit.

what that word came from? is he kidding me? that's expected.

"i didn't made anything for you" i clarified.

"you made everything for me imee" he said then looked at my deeply.

"such an liar." i said.

"why your family don't know honeylet" pangiiba ko naman sa usapan that make him slightly cough.

he arrange the food and untensil we used before he sat beside me again and look at my eyes, but i look away.

"actually they know" i frowned and slap his arm.

"fuck you! so why did you brought me here. baka isipin nilang kabit mo ako? why didn't you brought your wife here rodrigo!" he sighed and grab my hand.

"everything changed" he said.

"what? what are you saying" he hold my hand and lean his head on my shoulder and closed his eyes.

"i thought i'm contented but when i met you. i knew already that it's you! that you are my hope and my saviour, my light when the darkness came" i look away with disbelief. what he's saying.

"rod...what are you saying" then a tears build in my eyes.

"i love you and no one can ever change that" he said and look at my eyes straightly, i chuckle a bit.

he grab my hand and kiss the top of that, then my tears fall in my eyes.

"that's the thing i would do for honeylet" i feel like I'm deaf for not hearing it clearly.

i mean i heard what he said  but...am i right?

"what" i asked in disbelief.

"I'll do that to honeylet" he said clearly. that make me wipe my tears.

i though.....ohh i just thought.

"ang ganda. di mo ba napansin napaiyak ako, nadama ko" he smile.

"i'm sure mabibigla siya if you do that" i fakely smile.

"are you okay" he asked then wipe the tears in my cheeks and kiss my forehead.

"ofcourse i am" i said and look away, i look at ella who's peacefully sleeping at my lap.

i tap ella that make her eyes open

"let's go to our room, let's take a nap. i also need that" she nood and stood up.

"where are you going" he asked then he also stood up.

"to the moon" i joked.

"funny huh" rod said that's make me rolled my eyes.

at ng dahil sa inis ko. there's some idea came from my mind.

"rod look that" tinuro ko naman ang putikan kaya agad naman siyang lumapit.

"what is it" he asked.

"just look at it" agad naman siyang lumapit sa putikan.

tumingin naman ako sandali kay ella na pinipigil ang tawa before i pushed rod from that.

"deserve, deserve, deserve" ella and i jumping while saying that before we both laugh while heading back to the house.
