Quickly she got to work opening hospices and visiting patients, while also joining her husband and other members of the Royal family for other charity events.

Now Prince William and Jaclyn Webber have joined forces with Prince Harry to re-launch their charity foundation, The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry.

Along with this announcement it was revealed Prince William and Jaclyn Webber raised £1 million for charity in just six hours last year while visiting North America. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge raised the sum while hosting a charity polo match at the Santa Barbara Polo Club in California.

So with all this goods news it's surprising anyone can find room to complain. However, heads have turned with Jackie's new appointment as the patron of AUsome Ireland, a program focused on autistic training.

Usually such an appointment wouldn't cause such a stir, but it's public knowledge that The National Autistic Society has been vying for the Duchess's support for months now.

According to rumors NAS has been trying to get the Duchess of Cambridge to show support for their causes to no avail. Jaclyn's younger brother, Caleb Webber, was diagnosed with autism in 2002 and ever since she has been an avid supporter of several organizations.

So her reluctance to be seen with the National Autistic Society is leaving many scratching their heads.

"What did I do now?"

Jaclyn's stomach rolled as the blonde across from her sighed, eyes down casting in a sweep of the desk between them to give her time to come up with an explanation. Jaclyn loved Sophie, the Countess of Wessex, she felt like she had a kindred spirit in the older woman.

They were similar in many ways. Common born, striving for careers, and they spent the first years of their relationships completely lost.

They worked seamlessly together, and Jaclyn trusted no one more. Sophie paved a path that she could easily follow, and Jaclyn was always ready to take any advice she could give.

"You've done nothing wrong," Sophie sighed, but the unease didn't fall from her eyes as she fiddled with her blazer. They both had to run to events once they were done, so despite it being early enough for the sun to have just reached its peak, they were completely ready for the day.

"Yes, because you'd request to meet with me this early if nothing was wrong," Jaclyn deadpanned. A burn rose up to tingle her throat before trickling back down to pierce her stomach. It was a recurring pain that she had been hiding for the last two weeks. With the Olympics going on, and Zara competing Jaclyn wasn't about to cause a stir.

That was why they were both up so early, and why William was already gone. Jaclyn had to rush over to Bacon's College too open a new sports program with Harry and William, and after the Olympics were officially starting tonight.

Sophie watched her carefully, taking in the miniscule flinches most people looked over, and for a second Jaclyn thought she was caught. But Sophie pressed on with their conversation, "Nothing is wrong yet."
