I tried to write a song
Combining all the words I wrote
Humming soft tunes
And playing pretty chords
I can't tell if it's good or bad
But it has words about my love
Everything that I have for you
Would you like to hear it darling?
I open my mouth, and out comes a melody
I stare at the wall, pretend you're not there
It's something so beautiful and sweet
It became a song that you love
And so it's out, that beautiful sound
I will play it whenever you're around
To remind you that I've fallen
And you are the one that makes me fly
