The night was peaceful
With your head against my chest
I could feel the pain subsiding
As I lay here listening to your breath
A moment that was hard to believe
I didn't think I would see
Manifest itself into reality
Until I've chosen to speak
Now some nights appear lonely
You're not there to hold
A moment to relive again and again
How can I possibly let go?
