That day it rained heavily which resulted in big wavy seas making the ship unstable.

The sea surface is also naturally covered in fog.  Looks like On just needs to control all that fog.

Cale looked at the falling rain with a strange feeling.  He was sure that the night had no clouds at all.

But it suddenly rained.

Something off...

"Are you sure you want to go out and fight in the pouring rain like this?"

Cale looked at Clopeh who was sharpening his sword.

"It's not a hail of flint."
".........."

Cale scratched the back of his head.

"Did I make you angry?"
"No. I'm just tense because of war."

Seeing Clopeh's brief reply, Cale could tell Clopeh was not in the mood to talk to him.

"Then did I do something to make you sad?"

Cale could see Clopeh flinch slightly.

'So, he's sad?'

Cale sat down beside Clopeh.

"What makes you sad?"
"........ I am not sad."

Clopeh kept his sword and stood up.

"The enemy is near. I must go now."

Seeing Clopeh leaving the room, Cale let out a long sigh.

'What did I do to make him upset this time?'

Cale did not feel like he had done anything wrong.  He didn't even accept the handkerchief the female soldier gave him so that Clopeh wouldn't be jealous.

Where did it go wrong?

"Why do you think he's sad?"

Cale asked the children there.

"I don't know either, meow."
"How about we give him more fruit!?"
"What if you ask the strong Choi Han? He's been quite close with the White Snake Clopeh lately, right?"

Seeing that On also didn't know why, Cale felt a headache.

Cale looked at Choi Han who had entered his room to report what the enemy ships were like.

"Choi Han, what makes Clopeh sad? You are close to him too, right?"

Hong asked and Choi Han gave a short sigh, passing a book to Cale.

"I'm sure it would be better if you find out for yourself."

Cale looked at the book with the love and flower cover with a lazy look.

But he still flips the book.

The ghost ship operation was going well.  Everyone who was outside of the Henituse turtle ship returned with blood on their bodies.

Clopeh saw the blood adhering to his hair.

He is too lazy to wash his hair.  However, the smell of blood was not pleasant.

“Coman, Bob, commander Cale is calling you.”

Clopeh was confused when he saw the soldier as if he was frightened.  Yet he still ran into Cale.

.

"You are so fast. Why don't you change your clothes first?"

Cale said that as Clopeh just sat on the chair across from Cale.
