"Good morning dear. If you don't wake up by now, you will be late"
I removed my blanket that was covering my whole body, even my face, and somehow looked at mom with low spirit
"Good... morning...mom"
"You don't have energy at all. Do you have fever?" Mom approached me and checked my forehead then worriedly looked at me "you are perfectly fine
"I am... just... I feel like something will happen in school today" I sat down and sighed
"Did something happen in your school?"
I shook my head and smiled "nothing, it's just me being paranoid. I haven't been to school for couple of days after all. I'll prepare to school now"
She nodded and left to the kitchen. I sighed and reluctantly stood up to prepare.
After what happened with Akashi that night, I honestly wasn't able to sleep. I took a bath when I somehow calmed down.
But I still couldn't sleep!
When my parents came home, I was still awake. I told them what happened during my trip, and temporarily forgot everything. I fall asleep, and when I woke up, somehow things became clearer...
Akashi did that so I can't run away from him, I know lots now after all. He just making sure that I don't tell anyone about what I found out.
After all, it's impossible for the emperor to like me. The current him doesn't even know what dating really means.
The problem is how will I face Akashi?

I walked to school, without my equipment since I read on our group chat that because of the upcoming sports day, there's no club activities.
"Good morning"
I turned to my side and it's Takuya.
"Good morning. You sure are early as well"
He dryly laughed and nodded, and as we entered the school gate, he pointed towards the 1st year building. My eyes just widened seeing two banners, one with my name on it

"What's with these embarrassing banners?!" I turned to Takuya and then back to the banner "also, we won 4th place as well, why it's not there?!"
"Only first place get the privilege"
"This is embarrassing!"
"Really? It's an honour though. Then (f/n), did you read the school's news? Or are you watching local news?" I turned to Takuya and I shook my head. He stopped from walking, made a deep thought then patted my shoulder
"Eh? Why? What's wrong?! You're scary!"
"It's a small sacrifice, but good luck"
"Huh?" I flinched as I saw a flash of a camera, and two people I don't know were approaching us, a man with a camera, and a woman with a microphone on her hand. It was then I noticed that other students are looking at us, whispering.
I somehow felt uncomfortable, and moved closer to my friend as the woman approached us
"I apologize for startling you." She handed a business card and Takuya accepted it instead
"Reporter from a Sports cable"
"Yes, we are here to interview (l/n) (f/n)-chan. Since she won the first place among all of the girl participants in the AHS international tournament. She'll represent Japan as well-"
