(Ayako's POV)

It was another usual day at school, in fact, it wasn't.

I was rushing back to the classroom, carrying a pile of old files and papers with me.

It was the start of the new session, I was supposed to deliver the teacher with some resources.

I don't know why he required me to bring him so many junk papers.

The scene of the staff room was something like this...

"May I come in er, sir?" I said, trying to guess the gender of the person sitting on a swivel chair

"May I come in er, sir?" I said, trying to guess the gender of the person sitting on a swivel chair.

"Come in," Replied a weak, male voice.

I ushered myself into the office.

Well, you can call it an office.

I was desperately trying to not step on any documents. They were scattered all across the floor.

"Oh..." I mumbled, "Gimme a break."

Through his heavy lashes beaded on his blue crystal eyes, he gazed at me solemnly.

Who was he?

What was he doing here?

"Um, are you a part of the student council?"

"Huh, me? No... But you can sure call me Jayden."

He offers his hand.

"I'm Ayako. It's a pleasure." I said, shaking hands.

I don't really love socializing often, maybe that was the reason why I felt so uneasy.

I just wanted to get out of the room, ASAP.

"Um, I was supposed to deliver these to Mr. Hoshiro."

I said, pointing towards the big pile of files kept on the table.

Suddenly, he looked at me with some concern.

But when I blinked my eyes, that look was gone. It felt as if nothing ever happened.

"Weird..." I muttered to myself.
