"Jayden, pass me your book."

"What?" He looked at me questioningly.

"Pass me your book, quick before the teacher sees us," He handed me his thick, math book. Well, math is certainly his favorite subject. And don't forget physics.

I quickly took out a small bar of dairy milk from my pencil pouch.

"Smuggling champion, huh?" Riko remarked.

Swiftly, I tucked it between two pages of his book.

This is it!

I'm gonna be the first one ever to give him a chocolate, or a gift!

I passed the book behind me.

He grabbed it, and I grinned.

"Hehe, enjoy."

I couldn't quite see his reaction, as he was sitting behind me.

He briskly titled his book in the process of keeping it in his bag, and-

"Wait! No no-"

And he dropped it.

On the floor.

Out in the open for anyone to see it.

I immediately bent down. Stretching my arm beneath the table, I tried reaching the chocolate bar.

But thankfully enough, Jayden picked it up and hid it before anyone else could see it.

"Whew, baka yaro." I liked calling him an idiot, as much as he loved annoying me.

Ahaha, this is the best!

Everything is fine now, I can relax. . .

As I lay my head down and started getting comfortable, my luck only lasted for a short period of time

As I lay my head down and started getting comfortable, my luck only lasted for a short period of time.

I could see some of the girls staring at me from some distance, and laughing.

Uh oh.

Don't tell me they saw it too. . .

(Jayden's POV)

So she made me take it, huh?

She broke my third defense mechanism. . .

Argh.

She. . .She challenged me and. . .Won. . . Again.

I had to calm myself down.

If she sees me like this. . .

No.

I quickly shook the thought away.

By now, I was alright. The chocolate was safe and sound, too.

She looks so comfortable.

While I was observing her, she quickly shot up, startling me.

"Ah, N-No, no!" She whined.

Looks like she was talking to the other girls.

Is she overacting?

She is trying to tell them something in sign language

She is trying to tell them something in sign language.

"No! Noooo! Don't tell Miyaka, please I beg you!" She yelled, but that seemed of no use.

She sank down with grave disappointment.

But atleast. . .

I got that chocolate now. It wouldn't hurt to taste it once, would it?
