"i'm glad you're awake, tanjiro." the hashira said as she sent him a sweet smile.
"...y/n-san!" he cried out, shocking everyone.
the others helped him sit up, y/n went to him and engulfed him in a hug.
tanjiro felt safe in her arms, it felt like his mother was hugging him.
he continued to cry in her arms as she pats his head, the others just watching.

one week later, tanjiro made a full recovery. he also learned about the situation with y/n.
inosuke went back to work, right now tanjiro is training. trying to get his stamina and strength back.
"nghh this sucks. yeah, my stamina's not coming back." tanjiro stated in pain as he struggled to stretch.
suddenly he asked,
"did i get a new sword while i was sleeping? i chipped my old one."
"oh! your sword? well..." naho started,
"haganezuka-san sent some letters. w... would you like to see them?" kiyo finished.
