Because of the upcoming event for Teacher's Day, the club meetings became every day after class. Only the hip-hop group is excluded from this performance because they have a dance battle in December. Sila ang may pinaka-maraming member kaya maluwag ang studio tuwing practice.

But today, kaming general dancers lang ang nagme-meeting, kaya solo namin ang studio.

The modern group consists of twelve members, while the hip-hop group is sixteen. That leaves eight of us as general dancers or yung flexible na kaya ang iba't ibang genre.

Kaya nga gulat ako nang sinabi ni Santi na sa general ako. I'm not flexible and can dance in all genres!

And to be honest, nakakapangliit silang kasabay sumayaw! At mabuti na lang, hiwalay kaming mga babae sa lalaki na performance!

There are equal of four girls and boys, so it was easy. Ang pagsayaw lang talaga ang hindi.

"K-pop dance ang request ng karamihan? Bakit 'di na lang sila ang sumayaw, no?" Kuya Akiro sarcastically said.

First day of practice and they're already pissed. Wala kasi kaming freedom na mamili ng sasayawin namin, dahil majority's choice ang ginawa ng student council para sa lahat ng performers sa teacher's day.

Apparently, more than half of the students want us to perform K-pop dance. Something I have no idea at all.

"Why not? It's cool! Hindi na masama ang Kill this love ng Blackpink. I already know the choreo!" Ate Mia exclaimed.

"Tss. Sa inyo maayos, sa amin malaswa!"

Humalakhak si Ate Ruth sa reklamo ni Kuya Robin.

"Ang sabihin mo, hindi lang bagay sa'yo yung kanta! Hindi bagay sayo ang The Eve ng EXO!"

But instead of getting annoyed, Kuya Robin just smirked.

"Gusto mo lang yatang gilingan kita, e."

Nataop ko ang bibig ko. But everyone laughed when Ate Mia pretended to vomit because of what Kuya Robin said.

"Eww! Kapal ng mukha mo!"

We're still waiting for Santi– or should I call him Kuya Santi? Pero hindi kasi bagay!

May emergency meeting sila sa student council, pero saglit lang naman daw siya.

"What about you, baby girl? Do you like K-pop?"

Bigla akong inakbayan ni Ate Ruth.

Ate Ruth, Kuya Robin, Kuya Akiro, and Santi are classmates. Ate Mia and Kuya Earl are both in grade 10, While I and Pearl are both in grade 8. Pero hindi ko siya classmates kaya hindi pa kami close. We're just watching them talk to each other.

"H-Hindi ko alam ang k-pop..." Namumula ang pisngi na amin ko.

Nahihiya ako dahil wala akong ideya sa sinasabi nila. Yet, I joined them here! It's a shame that I became a dancer but I don't know the type of dance they're talking about!

"Omg! Ang innocent ng baby girl natin!" Ate Mia giggle. "Don't worry, I'll teach you! Ikaw ba, Pearl? Alam mo ang K-pop?"

Pearl nod. "Opo. Blink po ako!"

Mas lalo akong namula. Ako lang ang walang alam dito!

"S-Sorry–"

"Ano ka ba!" Tumawa si Ate Ruth. "It's fine! Hindi ka siguro mahilig sa Korean music?"

Kagat ang pang-ibabang labi na umiling ako.

"I only listen to instrumental music most of the time. But I like OPM and Taylor Swift."
