The event has officially started. Pinalabas kaming lahat para sa parade by partners. First are us, the Juniors, then the Seniors. Hiwalay na parade kaya naman kung magpartner ay Junior at Senior, dalawang beses ang magiging parada nila.

Ibig sabihin ay dalawang beses kaming papasok ng sabay ni Santi. It has already been practiced, so we don't have any problem on that. It was a smooth flow, except sa iba na mag-isang naglakad dahil nagback out ang partner nila.

May picture taking sa entrance ng event hall kaya huminto kami doon ni Santi sa pangalawang pagkakataon para magpakuha ng litrato.

He's already wearing his coat and I didn't know that someone, specifically him, could rock a rose pink turtle neck inner shirt. He looks so freaking good!

"Your Momma chose this for me." He said with a strong English accent when he noticed me glancing at his innerwear.

Gulat ako nang tiningala siya. I got taller, but this guy beat me to it 'cause the additional on his height was like twice as mine! Despite wearing heels, my eyes can only level his shoulder.

He's just in Grade 12 but he is already 6 ft tall! How unfair is that?

"Talaga? Si Mama ang pumili niyan?"

"Uh-huh."

"How?"

"We went together to pick up your gown since Tito was in a meeting. There, she picked this up and she told me this would go so well with your gown. So I bought it, and here it is."

Napangiti ako ng malawak. We're done posting for pictures so now he's walking me on my seat. May kalayuan 'yon kaya may time pa kaming magkwentuhan.

"You're close to Mama now, huh? I didn't know you two had a bonding."

He smirked and shrugged his shoulder mysteriously.

Hindi na ako nakapagtanong ulit dahil nakarating na kami sa lamesa ko at napaghila niya na ako ng upuan. Sybil was watching and grinning at me. Katabi niya si Crystal na nakatitig kay Santi.

Sybil was late to arrived while Crystal was on the other table. Nakiusap lang kami na makipagpalit sa isa naming kaklase na agad namang pumayag dahil nasa table ni Crystal ang mga kaibigan niya. Sybil is wearing a yellow ball gown while Crystal wears sky blue ball gown. Haltered and design ng kay Sybil habang puffed sleeves naman ang kay Crystal.

To be honest, una kong naisip na parang inspired sa Disney princesses ang kulay ng gown namin. Sybil is Belle, Crystal is Cinderella, and I am Aurora.

I bet we'll look cute when we take pictures together later!

"Let's just talk again later when they finally allow us to be with our partners," Santi spoke.

Nasa tabi ko pa pala siya. I got so preoccupied with my thoughts about my friends that I almost forgot he was there.

I nod. "Okay."

He smile and lightly pat my head which made me pout. Mas lumaki lang ang ngisi niya bago tinanguan ang dalawa kong kaibigan at umalis na.

"Grabe, hindi pa kayo in a relationship niyan, ah? What more kung kayo na!" Halos patili na sabi ni Sybil pag-alis na pag-alis ni Santi.

Namumulang nag-iwas ako ng tingin.

"W-Wala pa sa isip ko 'yan. Bata pa ako, Sy..."

"Of course, the usual reason! You're really responsible, 'no? What age do you want to be in a relationship ba?"

Nagulat ako ng pumasok sa usapan si Mira, ang secretary namin sa room na medyo nakakausap ko rin.
