Reaching the training room after a long ride down below ground, Eri eagerly tugged Izuku's and Ryuko's arms out of the elevator. To say she was excited was an understatement. Both her quasi-parents couldn't help but smile at her jubilation.

Stepping into the room for the first time, Izuku gasped.

"Whoa, this place is huge!" His eyes scanned every inch of the room, though the word 'room' really didn't do it justice.

It was massive. The ceiling of the expanse was undoubtedly a hundred or so metres high, and the ground to the far wall stretched for what felt like kilometres.

He could understand why, though. Given who Ryukyu was and the fact that she could fly, a Quirk like that needed an enormous training space.

Ryukyu smirked at him. "If you think this is great, you should see what it looks like when all the equipment is set up."

Izuku cocked an eyebrow at her. "What equipment?"

As far as the boy could tell, aside from the vast space, there was only the comparatively small kitchen off to the side.

There was no place to store any equipment.

A look of pride flowed over Ryukyu's features. "This equipment!" she announced as she pressed a button on the wall.

Before Izuku's eyes, panels on the floors, walls, and ceiling opened to reveal countless machines and various instruments. Dummy bots for close combat training, rings and hoops for practising flight and acrobatics, targets for ranged practice, and other things he could only imagine were for.

Needless to say, Izuku had a complete look of awe on his face, a look that was giving both Eri and Ryuko no small amount of amusement.

"Isn't it amazing, Papa?" Eri beamed.

"It sure is, Eri." He couldn't help but smile back in response.

Ryuko smiled and raised a finger. "Glad to have your approval, Midoriya. You can use this space as much as you wish in your spare time."

Izuku bowed. "Thank you, I'll make good use of it."

She smirked back. "Just try not to break anything. I know how destructive that power of yours can be."

Izuku smiled awkwardly. "Right, I'll be careful, I promise."

Ryuko nodded and turned herself back to the equipment in the room as she grimaced.

She figured it was about time to get back to the grind that was trying to breathe fire, but honestly, her heart wasn't in it. Plus, she now needed to figure out a way to practise without Midoriya or Eri figuring out what she was doing.

'Why did I let them tag along? I should've made an excuse. Just what is with me today? It's been one mess after another!'
