Silenna and I had to inspect cabins, we started with ours. As it typically went, we had one of the nicer cabins, Silena being a little bit of clean freak hounded on everyone to keep their space nice and tidy, which didn't go to well for me most of the time so she ended up cleaning for me.

The Demeter cabin was always the prettiest, their flowers overflowing from the window boxes and vines grew up the building to make it look like a fantasy house.

The Hermes cabin was still frantically 'cleaning' as we approached and I desperately wanted to spray some air freshener.

We walked over to Percy's cabin. It was normally messy since it was just him living there and he happened to normally be gone fighting monsters (with me!) but when we walked in, we were met with a sight.

Tyson was standing there first of all, grinning brightly, and the room was spotless.

I smiled. "You sure do clean up well, Percy."

Percy whipped around and smiled back. "Well, it was Tyson."

"Hi Coriane!" The big guy waved.

"Hi Tyson."

Silena nudged me with a wink. "I'll let you finish here."

I rolled my eyes but didn't protest. "Percy, there's so much I need to tell you."

Percy looked nervous but nodded and looked to Tyson. "How about you see Beckendorf, see if he needs help with anything, yeah?"

The big guy nodded and ran off, eager to go his favorite task of welding.

I sat on Percy's bed, messing around with my fingers. "So, during the first half of spring break, when you were out of town and I was bored out of my mind, Annabeth came back to camp. We helped Clarisse find this thing, but it's too dangerous, especially for Grover."

"What is it? Why am I just now being told?"

I didn't know how to answer, and I was saved by the conch horn. "I'll tell you after dinner. I'm sorry, I don't know how to tell you, but you deserve to know. Just... let me figure things out."

"He what?" Annabeth hissed at me during dinner. "What was he doing with another girl, who do they think they are?"

I shushed her. "It's not like we're dating or anything, maybe he met her just that day."

Annabeth rolled her eyes. "Yeah, and that's why she was all over him and demanding he call her. Coriane, if he's gonna be going around, you deserve better."

I nudged her. "Again, not dating. Plus, we don't even know if he likes me or anything."

"He asked you to go to the movies with him alone, Cor, that's so obvious."

"Friends can hang out!"

"Movies are like, romantic date night stuff, not best friends who share no feelings stuff."

I moved my food on my plate. "Yeah, whatever. Let's just not talk about it, I've got too much on my mind."

"I'm sure everything will be alright," Annabeth said, I knew she only said that because she sensed my change of mood, but I was glad anyways. "Just try to get some sleep."

At three in the morning a drakon decided to camp out at Half-Blood Hill until some of the Apollo kids, including Lee, attacked until it ran off. But that only made it more mad.

At breakfast, I knew when I saw Grover and Percy together, I had to tell Percy what I'd been needing, no, dying, to tell him.

I slid into the bench next to Percy. Like, right next to him. "Look, this whole thing, it's about the Labyrinth."

Percy looked at me blankly. "You're not supposed to sit here."

I scoffed at him, since when did he care? "Look, Grover is in trouble. There's only one way we can help him, it's the Labyrinth. That's what Clarisse, Annabeth and I have been working on."

Percy looked at me, really, looked at me. "Where they kept the Minotaur back in the day?"

I nodded. "It's all under the Western cities. You can get anywhere."

"If you don't get lost," Grover said. "Or die a horrible death."

"Grover, there is a way, Clarisse lived."

"Barley! And that other guy!"

"He only went insane, he's not dead."

"Oh, wonderful, I feel so much better."

Percy looked between us. "What? What about Clarisse and a crazy guy?"

I looked at the Ares table to see Clarisse looking at us. She knew what we were saying, and I felt bad that she wasn't here to give her side, her story, but she only looked back down at her plate.

I leaned closer to Percy, so only he could hear. I was so, so close, I could feel some of his hair touching my cheek. "Last year, Clarisse went on that mission for Chiron. She found Chris Rodriguez."

"The guy from Hermes cabin? Who was on the Princess Andromeda?"

I nodded. "He just appeared in Phoenix, near Clarisse's mom's house. He was wandering the desert in Greek armor babbling about string. He'd been driven insane, the only thing they could get out from him was that Luke's men were in the Labyrinth. Luke's men are trying to find Ariadne's string so Luke himself can attack camp. However, there aren't any entrances inside the camp that we've seen. Annabeth and I had researched endlessly about Daedalus, but nothings happened."

Grover sighed. "Which is my problem, Pan might be underground, but I could never go there! No flowers, sunshine, or coffee!"

Annabeth came over, sitting by Grover, but leaned over to me. "Silena wants to talk to you, I'll take over."

I nodded, pulling away from Percy slowly. I smiled. "I'll see you later, Percy."

I ran over to see Silena at the Aphrodite table. "What's up?"

Silena smiled. "I never got the chance to ask you yesterday with how busy you seemed to be, how did your date go?"

Did I seriously not tell her?
