"It smells like the Underworld in here." Grover shivered.

"Nico." Percy said, pointing at a half eaten cheeseburger. "He's summoning the dead again."

"Guys, over here!" Annabeth called. We jogged over to her. We looked up to the bright blue sky and a cow staring down at us. "Where are we?"

"It's a cattle guard." Grover said. "Cows can't walk at them."

I looked at Annabeth. "Didn't Hera say something about a ranch? This has to be a clue or something."

Annabeth hesitated. "Yeah, but how do we get out?"

Tyson easily solved that issue by throwing both hands at the cattle guard, a choir of alarmed moo's sounding. "Sorry cows!"

We climbed out of the tunnel, and the cows were red. I looked around. "The cattle of the sun, scared to Apollo."

"Holy cows?" Percy asked.

"Exactly." Annabeth said, but she frowned. "But what are they-"

"Wait, listen." Grover said.

At first, I didn't hear anything. But then the barking of dogs came closer and it wasn't dogs, it was a dog with two heads.

Grover barked at it, and the dog only growled more.

Then some old guy, looking like Father Time crossed with a redneck came out of the woods. "Heel, Orthus."

"We're travelers," Annabeth said. "We're on a quest."

"Half-bloods, huh?"

"How did you know?" Percy started.

I grabbed his arm. "I'm Coriane, daughter of Aphrodite. This is Percy, son of Poseidon, Annabeth, daughter of Athena. Grover the satyr, and Tyson the..."

"Cyclops. I know half-bloods because I am one. I'm Eurytion, son of Ares." He said. "You came through the Labyrinth like the other one, i reckon."

"Nico?" Percy asked?"

"We get a lot from there, not many leave. Leave, before it's too late."

"We're not leaving until we see this other demigod." Annabeth said. "Please."

Eurytion grunted. "You leave me no choice, I've got to take you to see the boss."

We followed him down a never ending path and seeing many animals that we had seen, but just a little different, like the red cows.

As we walked up to a porch on a farm house, Eurytion warned us. "Don't break the rules, no fighting, no drawing weapons, and don't make any comments about the boss's appearance."

"Why?" Percy asked.

Before an answer came, a new voice said, "Welcome to the Triple G Ranch."

He had a normal head, but what was off was he had three bodies. A reverse Janus almost. It was a strange look and I tried to not make a face.

"Well, say hello to Mr. Geryon."

"Hi." Percy said. "Nice chest— uh ranch! Nice ranch you have."

Before Geryon could answer, someone I thought I wouldn't see came forward. "Geryon, I couldn't wait for—" he froze when he saw us and drew his sword.

Geryon snarled. "Mr. di Angelo, put that away. I ain't gonna have my guests killin' each other."

"But that's—"

"Percy Jackson, Coriane Tucker, Annabeth Chase and a couple of their monster friends. I know."

"Monster?" Grover said.
