After the reached the restaurant, they immediately found a table in one of the corners and settle down there.

A few seconds later, a panting Lia came to their table.

"Why did u leave me there" she whined.

"U took forever" Yeji reasoned.

"Still!" Lia protested.

After they ordered, Lia requested to switch seats with Yeji.

"Yeji, can we switch" Lia asked.

"...why?" Yeji asked, getting a hint of what her friend was trying to do.

"It's cold here" Lia replied.

"I don't feel i-" Ryujin was about to say when Lia got up and pulled Yeji out of her seat, shoving her next to Ryujin.

"Rude." Yeji remarked.

A little while later, a waitress arrived with their food.

Yeji noticed that she kept stealing glances at Ryujin. This made her blood boil. However, she kept her cool, not wanting to create a scene.

"Can I- can I have your number?" The waitress asked all of a sudden, looking at Ryujin with hopeful eyes.

"I- I'm straight, sorry" Ryujin replied.

Yeji POV

Welp

There goes my chances

Lia looked at me with wide eyes, surprised at Ryujin's words.

"O-oh.." the waitress said before leaving. "Sorry for bothering u"

"I didn't think she'd buy that" Ryujin said after the waitress left, sipping on her drink.

Wait, she lied?

Does that mean I actually have a chance?

Lia burst out laughing. "Honestly, believed u"

"I'm such a good liar" Ryujin said.

"I don't think that's a good thing" I said.

"Shhhhh" She shushed before eating her food.

I chuckle at her demeanor, it's honestly kinda cute.

After we all finished our food, Lia wanted to go to an arcade.

"Pleaseeeeee" she whined.

"U already made us dye our hair" I protested.

"I just wanted to go homeeeee" Ryujin whined.

Oh my god I feel like I'm hanging out with two kids right now

"It's been so long since we went to the arcade though" Lia continued whining.

"I'll go, but on one condition" Ryujin said.

Oh god

Now I have to go

"What is it???" Lia asked with shining eyes.

"I get to invite Ryeong and Yuna" Ryujin said.

"DEAL" Lia yelled.

"U don't have a choice now, it's two against one" Lia said before dragging me towards the arcade.

I'm not even gonna bother to reject her at this point

"Wait, I gotta text her first" Ryujin said.

"Well hurry upppp" Lia urged.

"If you're gonna be impatient then I'm not going anymore" Ryujin said sassily.

"Ok ok, I'll wait" Lia said, letting go of my wrist.

A few minutes later, Chaeryeong and Yuna arrived at the mall.

"This is one gigantic mall" Chaeryeong said.

"I know right?!" Ryujin agreed.

"Let's go to the arcade!!!" Yuna exclaimed.

"Do u even know where it is?" Ryujin asked.

"Uhmm no" Yuna replied.

"Lead the way" Yeji said as she rolled her eyes at Lia.

"Let's gooooo"

They enter the arcade and bought some tokens.

Ok maybe a lot more than 'some'

"Let's go to the VR roller coaster firsttt" Yuna yelled over the loud music.

Lia gave her a thumbs up and everyone else just followed.

There were six seats on the VR, enough to fit all of them.

So they got into pairs, leaving one person to sit alone, and that person, would be Lia.

"Yah why do I have to sit aloneee" she whined.

"U brought us here, this is the least u could do" Yeji said, rolling her eyes.

"But Yuna wanted to do VRs" she complained.

"She's a child!" Chaeryeong exclaimed.

"I am not!" Yuna protested.

"Yes u are!" Chaeryeong argued.

"If you're not then let's do a horror one" Ryujin said, turning on the control screen.

"Yah Ryujinah!" Chaeryeong scolded.

"She said she's not a child!" Ryujin reasoned.

"She's just denying it!" Chaeryeong argued.

"I'm only 2 years younger than both of u!!" Yuna butted in.

The trio continued bickering while the other two just stayed quiet as they weren't really close with Ryujin's best friends.

"Let's just do a fun one" Ryujin sighed.

"Yayy" Yuna cheered.
