"I'm heading out!"

"Where are u going?" Yeji's father asked.

"My friend wanted to meet up" Yeji replied, avoiding the question.

"Is it urgent?" He asked again.

"Not really, why?" Yeji asked.

"Come sit" Her father replied. "I wanna talk to u about something"

"What is it?" Yeji asked, genuinely curious.

Yeji arrived at Ryujin's apartment, seemingly happier than usual.

"U seem happy" Ryujin commented, opening the door for Yeji. "Care to share?"

"Nope" Yeji replied, taking off her shoes. "It's a secret"

"C'monnnnn" Ryujin whined.

"Fine, I'll tell u later" Yeji gave in. "I need to use the bathroom first"

"U better!" Ryujin yelled.

'Aish, she's like a child. How cute' Yeji thought.

After using the bathroom, Yeji went to the living room, finding Ryujin watching cat videos on her phone.

'Ahh she's so cuteee'

"Ryuddaeng" Yeji called, sitting next to the girl.

"Hm?" Ryujin hummed, turning her phone off. "Are u gonna tell me now???"

"Hmmmmmmmm"

"Yah, hurry up" Ryujin urged.

"Alright, alright"

A few minutes earlier

"What is it?" Yeji asked her father.

"Well, I'll be stepping down in a few years" he started. "So the company will be handed to u"

"Really?" Yeji asked in surprise. She doesn't even know if she's capable of handling such a big company.

"Yes, and I need to ask u something" her father continued.

"And that is??" Yeji asked.

"Well, it would be easier for u if u have a partner, for support, if ever u feel stressed" her father said. "So I'd like to ask u if u already found someone, be it, boy or girl"

Yeji was surprised, she hadn't come out to her parents yet. Now that she knows that her father would support her, she feels relieved.

"I don't want to force u into an arranged marriage, Yeji. But ur grandfather said that we'll have to if the time comes and u still haven't found someone" her father added. "I don't know his reasons, but I tried convincing him out of it"

Yeji was touched, knowing that her father, who was at his office more than at home, stood up for her.

"I.... I did, actually" Yeji said.

"That's great!" He exclaimed. "What's their name?"

"Ryujin, Shin Ryujin" Yeji replied.

"Isn't that the girl you're tutoring?" Her father asked.

"Well, yeah" Yeji replied. "Wait how do u know?"

"Ur mother told me" he replied. "She also told me she punched someone and stayed over one night"

"U really tell each other everything" Yeji mumbled.

"We do" he replied. "U can go now, I'm also interested in meeting this Ryujin someday. Also, don't do anything dirty"

"Yah!" Yeji exclaimed before leaving her father laughing on the couch.

"He wants to meet me?!" Ryujin exclaimed.

"Yeah" Yeji replied. "Are u uncomfortable with it?"

"It's not that, it's just that, this whole thing started yesterday, wtf" Ryujin said.

Yeji chuckled. "I know right, if it's too quick for u then I'll tell him-"

"No I like it" Ryujin interrupted and snuggled into Yeji's neck.

Yeji blushed. "Stop doing that, it tickles"

"No" Ryujin replied and brushed her nose up and down on Yeji's neck.

"Ryuddaengggg" Yeji whined, pulling away.

Ryujin snickered. "I'm sorry, Yeddeong. Now come back here"

Yeji jokingly humphed. "No!"

"Pleaseeeeee" Ryujin pouted.

Yeji resisted her urge to give in, "No!"

Just then, Ryujin's competitive side took over.

She threw herself onto Yeji, making her lay on top of Yeji's body.

Yeji, of course, was stunned, her 'suitor''s body on top of hers.

They stared into each other's eyes for a few seconds, both not intending to move.

"Ryu-"

"Can I kiss u?" Ryujin blurted.

"W-what?" Yeji was shocked.

"Can I kiss u?" Ryujin asked with more confidence this time.

"Sur-" Yeji wasn't able to finish when she felt a pair of lips press on her own.

A simple kiss turned into a passionate make out, both holding onto each other, pulling each other impossibly closer.
