Tia's POV:
I step out of the steaming hot shower and shiver a little as the cold air hits me. I quickly wrap the towel around myself. I dry off and put on the black T-shirt and pair of boxers Ju gave me.
I look down at my legs and take notice of how ashy they are. Thank God that I have a small bottle of baby oil in my purse. I go back into the room and sit on the bed. I pick up my phone to see that I have several text messages.
Tay 🧡👯♀️: What?! What did you do? I thought you were getting the D not the cold shoulder! 🤦🏾♀️🤣🤣 ... we made it home by the way
Me: girl I'll have to tell you about it tomorrow or later when it's just the two of us. But it's not funny at all! 😩😩😭...and okay thanks for letting me know! 😌

I am so annoyed that she tried to come for me! Like girl! I don't even remember the last time I saw you! And I'm not even talking about the period of time that I was avoiding her.

I didn't even reply back to that, because what would I say anyway? I put the baby oil on and walk out of the room. The smell of fried chicken hits my nose. I smile at the fact that even when he's pissed at me, he's willing to take care of me. I walk into the kitchen and sit down at the counter.
He looks up at me and doesn't say anything. He puts some wings on a plate and sets it in front of me. Then he grabs the ranch, some napkins, and a berry lemonade Sunkist and places that in front of me too.
