these days have been stressing you out lately since the number of clients that are inquiring about your help has been increasing each day but thanks to Jungwon, he controls everything and prepares the meetings for you.

but you feel sad for him because technically he's younger than you but does better than you even with his hectic schedule at his university but he also prioritizes you and your work too.

you asked him if he wants to call it a day, well he wasn't able to refuse anymore so he did, and so did you. 

you lazily take your shoes off and place them on the shoe rack, you glance at the number of shoes you own, you used to only have 3 pairs of shoes and that includes your school shoes but now you have dozens of pairs and more counting.

you give out a small smile as you hear your little niece running down the stairs and walking toward you to hug you.

"How are you, little darling? why aren't you in bed yet?"  you ask her.

"she's been waiting for you to get home and when she heard the door open she quickly ran"  a voice pops out of nowhere

and it turns out that it's just Rose, she follows her words with a laugh as she walks toward you to give you a warm hug.

you feel so appreciated and special for your niece to wait for you this late but you also feel sad because it's been a long time since you've spent time with her and your family.

"I am sorry for making both of you wait, my job's getting a little heavier than usual and I am trying to balance everything," you say while caressing your niece's hair.

"b-but d-did you bought t?" she asks you while giving the cutest puppy eyes you've ever seen in your entire life.

you squeeze her huge cheek and snake your hand in to your bag, revealing her favorite Happy Meal with a box of newly bought limited edition shopkins.

'Aunty, I only asked for one!" she smiles at you and hugs you tighter, she says a "Thank chu" and takes the things from your hands.

"You might be spoiling her too much" Rose smiles at you and at her daughter who's busy having fun with the fries she's eating while unboxing her shopkins.

"didn't even cost me a dime"  you say.

Rose gestures for you to come in to have dinner and to also have the girl talk which has been so long since you both had one, and you admit, you miss those moments when you would always open up to your sister about everything

and you also discuss to her about the most recent case you're currently handling.

and that's when she got speechless, she just looks at you straight in the eye but also breaks the eye contact as her eyes go on the table.

you raise an eyebrow as you notice her movements, it seems stiffer than before, her hands are trembling and her eyes couldn't look straight at me.

"w-what's wrong?" you ask her, she jolts at your sudden words, causing her to look at you

she blinks multiple times and back at you, she makes a move on her lips but you could tell that she's nervous.

"N-nothing, p-please continue" she says as she takes the mug of hot chocolate and sips on it carefully.

you decide to shrug it off as you continue to tell her more about what happened in your day and how helpful your secretary is knowing that he's a couple of years younger than you but still manages to do better than you, even with his studies in his university and helping you combined together, it seems like nothing to him.

and also that, you recall the first time you met him, you do remember receiving an invitation in a famous university to discuss to students about importance of justice and law in the society and how to help students overcome challenges in life.

it felt like an honor to be invited to one of the most prestigious schools in the world but they were more honored to see you in real life discussing topics to students.

because a successful person always starts with nothing.

and it was a coincidence that Jungwon was in the university too, but not as a student but as a janitor, it was his first part time job that he has ever worked to, even though his job was to clean the hallways on that day, the whole school and staff were told to stop whatever they were doing to listen to you and to your words.

you smile as you remember how a whole line of people were on the sidewalk and you were in the middle of the hall, it felt like a near celebrity experience, cameras were flashing to you and your eyes, and you beam out a smile as you remember seeing Jungwon in the midst of the crowds, pushing everyone out of the way just to see you and have his paper and pen ready for you to sign in as his autograph and he was even holding a broom.

he told you how much of an inspiration you are to him and how much he wants to pursue and get into a law school even though the tuitions and bills can't be afforded by his family and he has no experience so you decided to take him with you.

even though it was his first day in his job, he resigned just to be your assistant.

and you're proud of how far he has came ever since you took him with you, you also gave him a scholarship in the university where he worked and he is now a bonafide student there and is on top of his classes.

    

and you're still proud of him upto now.
