Peter looks back at the two Morales who were tied up and quickly jumps out of the window when he sees Victoria's restraints start to break, and swings away with the other spiders. Miles, tied securely to his desk chair, watches sadly from his window.
"Miles" Victoria calls out to him softly as she manages to unstick herself and her mouth free from the spider webs.

He remains silent while his aunt starts to slash at the webs to pull them apart from his body and free him. The young boy shakes his head and motions for her to go after the spiders.
"Alright, alright, I'll be back" Victoria said, kissing him on the head before shakily standing on the windowsill and swinging away a bit hesitantly.
She was going to follow the spiders but she got a call.

The Spiders exit a bus and they whoosh out of the vehicle, swinging up to the top of a crane like a swat team, until looking down at the penthouse, staring into skylights. Kingpin has a private elevator entrance from his penthouse to the collider below which they see from their place.
"Didn't count on having an audience" Peni said.
Guest mill beneath massive banners depicting Spider-Man with the largest banner saying:
"THE PETER PARKER MEMORIAL FUND."
Kingpin stands. Cops and guards surround him as protection. The huge man takes the dais andwaves to the crowd.
"Thank you, it's nice to be with you this evening to celebrate Spider- Man. He and I were very close. He was always a favorite of my son. Kids love Spider-Man, right? Still do" the man said.
"What a pig" Gwen mutters.
"I'm right here" Spider-Ham said in offence.
"Hold on, get a load of how the waiters are dressed. It's in poor taste but..."Noir said "...they are dressed like tacky Spider-Men, with bow ties. It can't be that easy"

The Spider Team did indeed find it easily as they were moving through the fundraiser dressed as waiters. Noir carries a serving tray, while Peter and Gwen push a large cart which is made from a controlled SP underneath it.
"It's that easy" Noir muttered.
"Could I have a drink?"
Peter gets nervous but clears his throat and turns around to serve the person behind her and the nerves dropped when they saw who had asked for it. There behind them was Victoria dressed in a black mono suit with a sleeves top and long dress pants, although in place of heels she was wearing black boots she had been wearing up to that point.
