As Ren, Raiden, and Mayu arrived in Saffron City, they marveled at its vibrant streets and bustling atmosphere. The city's reputation as a hub for Psychic-type trainers and the renowned Saffron Gym led them to their ultimate destination: the gym where Sabrina, the Gym Leader, awaited their challenge.

Ren, who had previously defeated Sabrina during her own journey, took the lead in guiding Raiden and Mayu through the battle ahead. They gathered outside the gym, finding a peaceful spot where they could discuss their strategies.

"Alright, listen up," Ren began, her voice filled with confidence and determination. "Sabrina specializes in Psychic-type Pokémon, and her team consists of Mr. Mime, Hypno, and Alakazam. They're formidable opponents, but I've learned a few things from my battle against her."

Raiden and Mayu listened attentively, their eyes focused on Ren as she shared her insights. Ren continued, "Psychic-type Pokémon are known for their powerful special attacks and exceptional speed. To counter them effectively, we'll need a combination of strength and strategy."

She turned to Raiden, a thoughtful expression on her face. "Raiden, your Charizard has a type advantage against Sabrina's team. Charizard's Fire-type moves will deal significant damage, especially against Mr. Mime and Alakazam. Make sure to capitalize on that."

Raiden nodded, a determined glint in his eyes. "Got it, Ren. Charizard will unleash its fiery power and bring down Sabrina's Pokémon."

Meanwhile, Mayu stood on the sidelines, observing Raiden's battle closely. She absorbed the strategies and techniques employed, readying herself for her own showdown with Sabrina the following day.

As Raiden's Charizard emerged victorious, Sabrina sent out her Hypno. The psychic Pokémon's eyes gleamed with an otherworldly glow, and Raiden knew he had to act quickly. He commanded Charizard to strike with its most devastating move, Dragon Claw, delivering a critical blow to Hypno.

With one final Pokémon remaining, Sabrina unleashed her Alakazam-a powerhouse of psychic energy. Raiden's Charizard battled valiantly, but the battle proved to be a formidable challenge. The intense clash between Charizard's Fire-type moves and Alakazam's Psychic abilities created an awe-inspiring spectacle.

Though Raiden's Charizard was incredible against it, Alakazam overthrew it.As Charizard fell in battle against Sabrina's Alakazam, Raiden knew he needed a fresh strategy. He recalled his exhausted Pokémon and pondered his next move. Suddenly, an idea struck him. He reached for his Poké Ball and released his Dugtrio onto the battlefield.
