"You guys stay here," Kun crossed his arms while walking upstairs. He led the two, YangYang and Renjun, on a room where it is silent and far away from the living room. "Gonna go check on Y/N. Winwin, you should go to sleep."

"Yeah, night guysss!" Winwin waved goodbye, rushing to his room as sleepiness took over him.

"But--" YangYang stood up only to be forced to sit back right when Kun gave him a firm, disagreeing look. He knows no matter how much he would love to check on you, he have to finish his matter with Renjun first.

"It's 3 am right now, if you guys want to sleep then fix it right then," Kun commanded one last time before leaving.

After sending YangYang's friends home, Ten officially passed out, sleep taking over him. Kun just let him be on the couch which led him with bringing the two stubborn boys who still refuse to talk. Of course, he can break the rule anytime he wants to, but there's a lingering fear within him if ever he disobey Kun's order.

Once he's out of the sight, YangYang slouched on the couch. "Wow, I hate this. Being treated like a kid on a detention room at three a.m."

Renjun remained silent, spacing out as if he was trying to connect something.

"Maybe if you didn't throw a punch firs--" YangYang pressed his lips into thin line.  He was about to roast Renjun yet again but stopped himself. This whole argument makes him feel so childish, and he do not wish to be like that anymore.

So, he stood up and took a seat where he is closer to Renjun. "Okay.. fine.. I'll do it myself. I'm sorry, Renjun. I'm sorry that I keep lashing out. It's probably from all the alcohol, but I'm really sorry."

Renjun snapped back in reality, brows meeting, "Oh.. Yeah, I understand."

"Yeah? That's all you'll say?" Gradually, YangYang cracked a smile. "Aren't you gonna apologize for punching my pretty face, too?"

"Ah, right, whatever," Renjun smirked, finally putting up on a smile. "Yeah, I'm sorry. It was totally wrong to keep on jumping for conclusions." He paused then shrugged. "Considering I'm sober enough."

They exchanged quiet grins, Renjun being the first one to break eye contact. He really felt guilty by now.

"I realize I was wrong midway fight," Renjun confessed.

"Then why didn't you stop punching me?"

"Because I kind of got too angry," He looked away. "You know how much Y/N matters to me, right?"

"Right," YangYang looked down, playing with the hem of his shirt. "I thought you didn't stop cause it would be too embarrassing to surrender mid argument."

"What?" A good, hearty laugh came from Renjun.

"I mean honestly, I'd do the same," YangYang grinned, looking at his friend for a while. He noticed the bruises on it caused by Renjun's initiation of fight because you were in danger.

Yeah, he definitely knows how much you mean to Renjun.

They sat in silence, two of them reflecting without words. It seems like Kun leaving them alone in the middle of the dawn worked best.

Seconds after, Renjun shifted in his seat, looking at YangYang with big, doe eyes and broke the silence. "You think it's because of Sang Un's guests talking shit about you that made Y/N doubt about your relationship?"

"Huh?" YangYang scoot back. "What're you saying?"

"Haechan said she started asking nonsense about you, and you know what type of people are in there," Renjun nibbled with his bottom lip. "I strongly believe that."
