After a bit, you regain your sight and don't mind your sore body anymore. You use all your strength left to stand up and grab your robe from the floor heading out to follow him. Hoping he's still there. Thankfully you see him staring out at the lake. He decided to stay and slightly smiles taking in the scenery and all your memories together as it will be his last. "Hoseok you can't leave me. Please you promised me you wouldn't." You say through tears and he looks at you.

"Y/n..." you run to him hugging him  "I don't care if you're a witch okay. I don't love Jimin and never will love him. Hoseok I love you." His eyes were getting watery but he looks up to the sky to not let his tears roll down then looks at you after calming down. "Y/n do you know what's happening?" You look around it was still night time but with the full moon out it was quite bright enough to see everything. Your eyes slowly widened recalling what was occurring it was your dream. It was happening he looked at your panicked face and thought about it.

He was right you'd be the one to betray him but he still stayed and will stay until the end. "My dream...no that won't happen. Hoseok please trust me." He holds your arms "Tell me what exactly happens in your dream." He whispers wanting to know because you've never really gone in depth and wasn't sure if he's right about you. "In my dream, we argue, you end up leaving, and I stay here crying." You let out but that was a lie that wasn't what happened it was something much worse that you'd do.

"It's only right for me to go don't you think?" You couldn't believe he was being cheerful at a time like this. "You can't just make love to me and leave me. Despite you kissing others I'm still accepting you I don't care about that. I know you did it to keep your mom alive but now think about yourself. Your happiness. I'm choosing you over Nara please!"

He didn't believe the last part at all. You hold his hands "Y/n why did you approach me first?" You were taken aback for a second "Because I fell for you when I first saw you and enjoyed talking to you" he observes you rambling on. "I'll tell you since Ms. Jung, my mother didn't. The souls taken by my family...those people can come back it's been years so not all of them will be able to only those who'd be alive until now. They are kept in this necklace I have the rest are with my mother. To retrieve them either she dies or I die. We are the last two witches left after one of us is gone it'll be like nothing happened. Everything will go back to being normal your sister would finally be able to come back to you."

He sees your expression change and leans forward "That was your goal right finding out a way to bring her back? Well, you've got it now it's up to you to decide what you want to do." You let go of his hands and in the meantime, his mother was pacing around her house terrified. The dagger she had given Hoseok was missing from his house. The same one you had you had gotten it from his place. You had gotten the day you found Nara's picture. It was a voice guiding you until you found it. That dagger was the item you used in your dream. That dream was that Hoseok would die by you after trying to leave.

You look up at him standing face to face and hug him once again "I still choose you." He slowly hugs you back tightly and hides his face in your neck taking in your scent. "I really love you Y/n. I'm sorry for being born this way." Tears roll down your cheek but you don't change your mind and do the unthinkable. You stab him with the dagger without hesitation. He gasps in pain as the sharp pain strikes through his back aimed at his heart. He lets you go and looks down to his chest seeing the blood flow out. The dagger had only gone through him and not you. If only it was longer you'd gladly die along with him.

He meets your dark eyes and you let go breaking the hug and leaving the dagger in him. "Maybe your mother was right and everyone else...I do hate witches." He fell to the ground and you kneel down. "Y/n..." his breathing was becoming slower and you wipe his tears "I really do love you Hoseok but I love Nara too." You say breaking down while he closed his eyes and holds your hand. "I still love you Y/n. Take care of him." You froze. HIM? What did he mean by him? "Hoseok who's him?" His hand goes to your stomach and he takes his last breath leaving the world.

Something kept chanting telling you to throw him in the lake. You stare at the bracelet Nara had given you. She had given it to you knowing that she might not come back and trusted you in bringing her back and you did. That bracelet constantly was putting you those feelings of hatred you take it off and gasp realizing what you've done.
