Chapter Twenty-Nine: The Battle Continues

Harley's POV

I hear the sirens outside start to go off causing my jaw to clench, I take out my long blade from my back while holding my shield tight

I flip my face mask on before looking to Steve and Sam

"Let's go" Steve says before Sam and I run out the doors with him, I look at each office curiously before running out of the building with Sam and Steve

"Captains....how do tell the good guys from the bad guys" Sam asks and I look at Steve who is looking back at me as we run

"You'll know when when they start fighting us" I say before sprinting and jumping off to ledge with Steve, I open my arms and dive before tucking and rolling on to ground below using my shield as a cushion

I run next to Steve as shots are fired at us, i deflects them with my shield and long blade before spinning and tumbling over some cases

I see a guard coming at Steve and i causing me to slice his neck and kick him in his chest, I flip my long blade back into its holster before grabbing my gun and shooting at the guards nearby

I hear an explosion causing me to duck but I lean up and see a guard about to shoot Steve, I immediately step in front of him and shield us both before shooting the man in the head

I look up at Sam as he dodges shots fired at him, I look back down and start shooting other guards nearby that

Steve and I start running through the war zone with guards coming at us from all directions, I put my gun back in its holster and my shield on my back before grabbing both of my swords and stabbing the guards near me while deflecting their shots

Thank god for vibrainum swords

I kick a guards against some of the cases near but before pinning him against it and slicing an X in his chest

I quickly switch weapons and shoot him in his throat before running with Steve, I shoot more guards nearby that come from nowhere running into the place we were looking for

"8 minutes Captains" Agent Hill says

"We know" I say before running into the area we were looking for with Steve, he walks over to the control station and starts replacing the gadgets while I stand guard

"Alpha log" Steve says before running to a different part of the carrier, I run with him as we go and find the other one we need

Steve and I run out to the other carriers to see a bunch of guards

"God damn there's so many of these mothafucka's" I say annoyed before taking my gun out and shooting a bunch of them as we run

"Sam....we're gonna need a ride" Steve says and I sigh as we jump from the ledge

"Ok...give me heads up" Same says in our ear pieces causing me to chuckle

"I kinda did" Steve says as we free fall but Sam catches us, he flies up to a platform and I drop down onto it with Steve

"You guys are a lot heavier than you look" Sam says and I roll my eyes

"Most of our weight comes from that serum" I say

"I actually had a big breakfast" Steve says when suddenly we're both shoved hard causing us both to fall through a railing and off the helicarrier, I catch Steve before he can fall and hold on to the edge

"Caps....you guys ok" Sam says through our mics

"We're good....still on the helicarrier...Harley..swing me up" Steve says causing me to groan before moving my arm and swinging him as hard as I can

"Good....but my suits down...sorry guys" Sam says as I'm swinging Steve who flies up into the air

"No worries...just get somewhere safe" I say in a sigh as I grab into the edge with my other hand

Steve immediately grabs on to the edge next to me and we both climb up onto it

"Your very strong...you been workin out" Steve asks and I roll my eyes

"Everyday since we got out of the ice" I say flexing cockily before looking up to see Bucky looking down at us, i glare at him as he just moves back and out of sight

Gotta make him remember

A/n yallllllll things are heating up and this movie almost over which is crazy to think about given this movie felt like it went faster than the First Avenger but I mean this did have more action so eh idk also Bucky is fucked lol
