The woman in the shower was exhausted after a long day of work. She let the hot water run over her body, letting the stress of the day wash away. Suddenly, she heard a voice coming from the drain. It was faint, but unmistakable. 'I see you,' it said.
At first, the woman thought she must have been imagining things. But then she heard it again. Louder this time. 'I see you,' it said again.
The woman froze in terror. She had no idea what to do. Was someone in the drain? Was it a ghost? She was too scared to move.
She stayed in the shower for what seemed like an eternity, until the voice finally stopped. When she was confident that it was gone, she quickly got out of the shower and dried herself off.
The woman was so shaken by the experience that she never took another shower in that house again. She moved away shortly after and never told anyone what had happened. She was too scared to mention it, as if doing so would make it real.
To this day, she still remembers the eerie voice coming from the drain. It was a reminder that sometimes the most frightening things can come from the most unexpected places.
