He is still looking at me and I don't disturb him because who wouldn't want to enjoy this view right?
Even after a while he's still looking and I start to feel hot under his gaze so I clear my throat to snap him out of his thoughts or imaginary world he's in because this is getting too hot for me to handle
"What is it, I - I mean why are you here, aren't you supposed to be in the garden setting the table."
"Oh so you do know how to do the work " He mumbles bit I hear him clearly all because of that sexy , husky deep voice of his
I clear my throat to snap myself back to reality "Excuse me?" I ask and pretend I didn't hear him clearly.
"Oh I'm sorry, I wanted to tell you that everything is ready and your friends are waiting for you in the garden, and I wanted to ask if you want me to add another beverage? " Ezekiel says sounding nervous but I tend to make him feel worse
"No you idiot , it's called a tea party for a reason , ok TEA , and tell my friends I will be there in a few. You can leave now."
He turns to leave but he stops "Oh , and Mr Hyde is here too"
"What!! " I shout and I can tell I scared him but that doesn't matter now
"What the fuck is Chris doing here?" I ask as I feel the annoyance and anger rushing down my body.
"I - I don't know I guess he's here for the tea party" he says as he looks everyway in the room except at me .
"Well tell him this is women's tea party ."
"I did but then Mr Sebastian came and he was more adamant on staying because Sebastian is a guy. " Ezekiel says
"Ok but Sebastian's gay and we'll be talking about makeup and girly stuff, what would he be talking about huh? " I say feeling like I can cancel this party all because of Chris
"Well..." Ezekiel trails off and I look at him waiting for him to finish his sentence
"Well? " I ask desperately, maybe he can give me an idea on how to get rid of Chris
He clears his throat before he speaks
" maybe he's trying to give us a message by coming to this all women's tea party" he finishes of by chuckling, but he stops and become serious again as he looks down at the floor
"I'm s..."
I cut him off by laughing uncontrollably because I imagine Chris as a gay person but mostly I'm laughing at the fact that this joke was made by none other than the quite , geeky , nerdy , boring Ezekiel motherfucking Fernandez.
His mood softens as he sees me laughing and before I know we're laughing our asses off together. We stop and we look at each other which triggers the laughing and before again but this time loudly but I don't care because I don't remember the last time I heard my real laugh.
A person clearing their throat stops us and I look at the door to see my mother looking at me with a serious face and she turns to look at Ezekiel with a look of disgust on her face and I try to ignore the pang of hurt I suddenly feel .
"Mom you're back ." I say and I run towards her and give her a hug. She hugs me back . She pulls away and looks at me with a sweet smile , wow what a change of emotions I think to myself.
"Dear your tea party is ready and all your dear friends are waiting so go now." My mother says almost as if she's pleading with me .
"Yeah mom bye " I kiss her cheek and turn to leave
"And Chris is here too " she says looking at Ezekiel and turns to me and smiles "so have fun"
"Yes mom" I look at Ezekiel remembering what we were laughing about a few minutes ago and I find myself grinning like a fucking child as I leave my room.
"You should know your place , you hear me, get out of here now and go do your duties ." I hear mom whisper to Ezekiel and my smile drops instantly and I leave for the tea party .
