226. Traumatic incident part 26

Next morning,

Mini woke up and felt a weight on her shoulder in half sleep.

She opened her eyes and saw Neil's head on her shoulder and he was sleeping peacefully with a serene face.

His face had an innocent charm despite looking tired and exhausted as he was relaxed and peaceful on the inside.

She tried unwrapping his arms from around herself but his fingers were intervened behind her back and she couldn't free herself. So she remained in the same position and looked at him.

Mini removed the hair strands falling on his face and adored him.

Almost two hours went by and he was still sleeping.

Mini saw that it was the time for her medicines and if he gets late in giving them to her then he may again get tensed and not sleep peacefully again. So she slowly making his head rest on the pillow, turned herself in his embrace and detangled his intervened fingers.

Freeing herself from his grip, she got up slowly, making sure his sleep doesn't get disturbed.

She took the medicines and came downstairs. Bobby saw her coming down.

Bobby: (Confused) Mini... Neil ki tabiyat to theek hai?

Mini: Ha... Kyu?

Bobby: Vo aaya nahi tere saath?

Mini: So raha hai... I thought not to wake him up.

Bobby: Hmm.... Vaise bhi kab se neend puri nahi hui hai... Sahi hai.

Mini: Kyu?... Main so jaati thi to nahi sota tha Neil din me?

Bobby: Nahi... Maine to din me kabhi sote nahi dekha.

Mini: Raat me bhi nahi so paata tha theek se... To jab se main ghar aayi hu tab se soya hi nahi hai kya vo aaram se?

Bobby: Hmm.... Actually usse bhi pehle se.

Mini: Matlab?.... Hospital me bhi baar baar jag gaya tha?

Bobby: Hospital me to 1 pal ke liye bhi nahi soya tha Neil.

Mini: WHAT?

Bobby: Hmm... Tu so jaati thi to tera sar sehlaate hue tujhe dekhta rehta tha par soya nahi.

Mini: Are yaar... Kitna careless hai yeh khud ko lekar.... Health bigad jaati to?... Mujhe sambhaalne ki koshish me khud ko bhul kyu jaata hai?.... Mujhe to samajh hi nahi aata hai ki kya karu ki vo apna dhyaan rakhle...

Bobby: Tera banda hi aisa hai.... Tujhe pata hai Dr se baat hui thi meri.... to vo puch rahi thi Neil ke baare me.... Unhone bhi dekha na vo tujhe kaise sambhaale hue hai.... kya bola unhone pata hai?

Mini: Kya?

Bobby: Ki tu itni jaldi theek ho paayi hai to sirf Neil ki constant care and support ki wajah se... Unke pure career me unhone ek bhi aisa case nahi dekha.... Isme enough support mil paana bahot rare hota hai... almost impossible.... kayi baar to parents bhi nahi de paate hai enough support par Neil is someone jisne enough nahi usse bhi kahin zyada support diya hai tujhe.... (keeping his hand on hers) Tujhe samajh nahi aa raha na ki tu kya kare?

Mini: (nodded) Hmm...

Bobby: (patting on her hand) Tu bas khud ko heal karle.... Tu sahi ho jayegi... Neil apne aap theek ho jayega..... Tujhe to nahi pata chalta tha par jab teri saansein nahi chal paati thi na.... to Neil bhi saans nahi le paata tha... Vo pata hai tujhe sambhaalte sambhaalte apni saansein khichta tha apna andar taaki tujhe sambhaal sake.... Tu jab chup thi na to jataata nahi tha.... kabhi bataata nahi tha... par main dekh sakta tha... Vo bahot helpless feel karta tha... Uski zindagi iss kadar jud chuki hai tujhse... Tu khud ko heal kar legi to Neil ko bhi better feel karta hua dekhegi...
