Mini: (Excited to tell her) I have a good news to tell.
Vaishnavi: (surprised) Abhi?
Mini: (confused) Matlab?.... Acchi khabar dene ka bhi koi time hota hai?
Vaishnavi: (amazed) Point to hai teri baat me.... To yeh bata ki Shaadi kab kar rahe ho tum dono?
Mini: Shaadi ki baat mat kar abhi...
Vaishnavi was staring at her blankly.
Neil brought tea for them.
Neil: (Seeing Vaishnavi blank) Isko kya hua?
Mini: (picking up the tea cup) Pata nahi... Bol rahi thi Shaadi kab kar rahe ho tum dono....
Neil: (taking his tea cup) Yeh achanak hamari shaadi ka topic kaha se nikal aaya?... (to Vaishnavi) Teri shaadi ho rahi hai na... Utna bahot hai... Hamari karwaane ke peeche mat pad.
Vaishnavi: (sipping tea with shocked expressions) Tum dono ko shaadi nahi karni hai?
Mineil: Itni jaldi kya hai shaadi karne ki?
Mini: Abhi hai na 2 mahine baad sagaai... utna hi bahot hai....
Vaishnavi: Aur phir kuch mahino baad?
Mini: Kuch mahino me hum yeh soch rahe hai ki tum dono ki shaadi wagera jab ho jayegi na tab tak Delhi ke restaurant ka kaam ho jayega... Then we will shift there for setting it up.
Neil: Aur yaha ka restaurant manage karne ke liye we will hire an appropriate manager till then.
Vaishnavi: a... Okaaaayyyy... Pakka tum logo ko shaadi nahi karni hai abhi?
Mini: Vaishnavi... Yeh tune faltu me shaadi ka topic kyu kheech rakha hai... Main kya bata rahi thi aur kaha pahoch gayi tu.... Maine bola... I have a good news to tell... aur tune mood ka falooda kar diya shaadi ki baat nikaal kar.... main ek....
Neil connected dots with her words and tea struck in his throat understanding what Vaishnavi would have anticipated. Getting choked he coughed hard, keeping the tea cup back in the tray.
Mini: (rubbed his back and patted lightly, seeing him getting choked) Neil... Are you fine?
Neil nodded as his coughs calmed and looked at Vaishnavi who looking them both in dead shock.
Neil: Chubby.... Don't tell me that you were thinking something rubbish.
Mini got confused.
Vaishnavi: What rubbish?
Neil: Dekh tu na.... Akal ke ghode zyada tezi se mat bhagaaya kar... aisa...
Mini: Ek sec guys.... What's happening?... Clearly bolo na.
Vaishnavi: Main to clearly hi bol deti hu phir.... Tum logo ko koi problem nahi hai to theek hi hai na... Congratulations.
Mini: Kis baat ka congratulations?... Bataane to...
Neil: Tumhe samajh nahi aa raha about thinking what she's congratulating?
Mini: (still not understanding, scratched the back of her head thinking whether she missed hearing any line of conversation) Nahi... Maine bataaya hi nahi to kyu...
Neil: (rolled his eyes, rubbing his forehead not able to digest) I didn't expect you to be so over- innocent.
Vaishnavi: Matlab?.... Is it not....?
