I can't take my eyes off his hands which were on steering wheels and his eyes are crafted so perfectly. Does he look at me with these eyes? Yeah.
Geet, don't stare him like a stalker. He will find you creepy.
I concentrated on road and I got a text from Avantika
“Have some romantic time together! Don't forget to click some pictures. I need one. ”
I looked at him and wondered what's meant by romantic time. Should I ask him? His POV. I should.
I took a deep breath and calmed myself down.
“Kuch puchna hai? ” He smiled.
(You want to ask Something?)
“Nhh. I mean haa. ” I stammered before I could find myself completing the sentence.
“Dhruv”
“Yes, Rainbow”
“According to you, what's meant by romantic time? ” I asked slowly, leaving a pause in between each word.
He looked at me ,smiled and his eyes returned to the road again.
“Maybe, just being together, spending good moments. Romance doesn't always mean doing something which you made me read in that book suggested by Anaya.” He answered.
“You are teasing me again, ” I pouted.
He stopped the car and held my hand.
“If I look into your eyes to know the depth of your love for me , hold your hand to know how it feels to know you are always there for me for your Dhruv, ”I listened to him carefully with no expression on my face.
“For me romance is just you and me sitting quietly, feeling our presence and loving each other without any expectations. This is how we were able to complete three years of us. So we have reached, remembered our friend's date? Let's recreate those moments” He smiled and leaned to remove my seat belt.
I can't believe someone like him exists in this world or am I fortunate to have him in my life?
I never wanted to fall in love but he gave me every reason to fall for him.
How can he be so perfect? He loves me though he knows everything about me and my past.
“Rainbow” I heard his words which made me aware he was standing opening the gate by my side.
He offered his hand . I kept mine and got out of the car. The time was 8pm.
“Dhruv Bhaiya, bahut dino baad aaye ” The seller greeted him.
(You are here after a long time)
“Ha woh ghar gaya tha aur kese ho aap?” He asked him.
(I visited home and how are you?)
They were talking and he suddenly asked me,“Ek hi plate me khaoge ya alg alg?”
(can we eat together on one plate or shall I ask him for two?)
“Jo sahi lage aapko”
(whatever you say)
“Aap car mai Betho mai leke aaya ”He said, leaning a little.
