-Bev's Gone-

"'cause she reminds me of a cow."

"Stan, look!" Charlotte pointed to a kitten on the sidewalk.

Stan and Charlotte were out for a walk. It was now August and they still hadn't spoken to anyone, other than Richie.

Stan watched with a smile as she calmly, yet excitedly, walked towards the kitten. She picked it up and brought it back over.

The kitten was mainly black, but it had white, orange, and very spots all over it. It has one green eye and one blue eye.

"I'm gonna name her Moo." Charlotte said.

"Moo?" Stan questioned.

"Moo." Charlotte nodded, "cause she reminds me of a cow."

"Moo it is." Stan smiled at her.

"Let's take her to my house." Charlotte suggested.

Once they got to the Denbrough residence, they saw a distressed looking Bill.

"Lottie, Stan!" He rushed towards them once he saw them.

"What?" Charlotte asked coldly.

"It got Bev."

Charlotte's blood froze and her face began to pale.

"What?" Stan asked. Of course he heard him, but he didn't want to believe it.

"It, Stan. It got Beverly."
