Slightly Nice, Ruthless, Still Dense, Insane At Times, Intelligent, Can be caring to those he deems his friends, Slightly Depressed, Can be calm and collected sometimes.
[Abilities]
Because of the corruption, Hank had lost the ability to use his Executioner Form. The Higher Powers could've given it back to him but they refuse to do so. Hank hasn't spoke to them for a while now.
Luckily with 2BDamned's cybernetic enhancements, Hank has recovered some abilities such as the Discharge Punch and the Outburst Mega Punch which can only be used by his mechanical hand.
He also has increased agility and mobility when 2BDamned added it to his arms and legs during one of Hank's checkups. The Cybernetics have increased the strength of Hank by a lot to the point where he can lift things that are 50x his weight or more.
His mechanical hand is able to crush up to 5 tons, maybe even more. That is about the weight of 50 men. He can deflect bullets, catch bullets and control the intensity of his grip if he needs to hold something delicate.
[Madness Mode]
A state that Hank can enter to increase his attributes, especially his strength and bloodlust. He also goes slightly insane and his facial features change. Hank never loses control because he has accepted the madness inside of him.

In this form, Hank shares a big resemblance to his Mag Form, he is slightly bigger in height and physicality.
His right arm is similar to the one he had when he was a Mag Agent except it had a blue hint to it, his goggles were not red and instead it was blue with some black on it.
It shares a resemblance to Majin because he was the one to unlock this new found power of his. His monster arm still had the ability to charge electricity around it, instead of it being white, it was now blue.
Hank can now summon weapons out of thin air, just like when he fought Tricky in MC 11.
