Laios has a problem that has been plaguing him for a few days now. A different problem from that of his sister transformed into a chimera, different from defeating the mad mage, different from freeing the winged lion. This problem was a problem of the heart. And it all started with a simple realization.

The blonde captain had developed feelings for you.

He has no idea when this all started, maybe when you and him shared a bed? When though? During the Castle town or in the Golden Kingdom? Laios isn't a guy who cares about those things so probably not. . .maybe it had all started when you first appeared? A spark of admiration that had slowly transformed into something much more ardent.

The thing is that Laios would probably never have noticed these feelings if it hadn't been for that succubus. He still gets a strange shiver down his back everytime he think back at it. He went out to check the situation when he suddenly heard your voice. He would be lying if he didn't almost jumped from joy at the thought that they would have finally found you again. They were all worried sick after all. He didn't even think that it could be a trap or a monster.

So he snapped his head in the direction where he heard the voice and his eyes widened in a mixture of shook and relief when they landed on you. "Laios. . ." Your body was lying on the floor, on your stomach, the lower part was concealed by the shadows of the dungeon.

"____!" He shouted in absolute ecstasy, running toward your body "Are you ok?! Where were you?! Can you stand?" He frantically asked, kneeling down in front of you. Your head was still low, like you were refusing to look at him, your hair covering your face. "Laios. . ." You repeated, finally raising your head toward him.

His breath quickly was caught in his throat at the sight of two slith pupils. Two pupils that remained him of a predator. Before he could blink you suddenly stood up, lower body still hidded, and you cupped his cheeks with your hands. His face immediately went red and he almost took a step back. "H-Hey! What's going on ____? You are acting a bit strange" he find it hard to swallow when you were so close to him.

"I met Thistle" you said again in that monotone voice. Laios eyes widened at those words "You met him? What do you mean? How did you escape? Was Falin with him?" He asked, taking one of your hands that cupped his cheek. You looked at him with those almost glowing eyes, blank expression suddenly shifting into an happy one. Silently you let his face go before returning in the shadows. "Yes I met him and he. . ."

No wait Laios! This must be the work of a succub–

The next thing that came back into the light wasn't your limb but an eagle claw, soon followed the lower body of the bird mixed with the lower half of a lion. Two wings spread in front of him making the entrance even more theatrical "turned me into a chimera!" You exclaimed with a smile.
