Ralphie expected many things to happen in his life.

Now, if only someone told him in the future you are going to be drinking with your deceased wife killer who a demon. Well, he wouldn't know what to feel. Probably wonder if he ate some shrooms.

The only reason he and the kids survived is because that Imp let them live. Didn't call the cops. After a very, very long talk he had in private with the imp. Moxxie.

That little shit scarier than he looks.

So, he and his children got to live. Move to start over after one extravagant funeral. At the same time learn his wife has been cheating with him. In hindsight he probably should have saw that happening. It did hurt him a bit as he was a family man. None the less, while he was angry, he got to be there for his youngling.

Now Moxxie would do a surprise random visit.

Not like it was part of the deal. But the imp was useful at times if the kids needed to be watched for a few minutes. They seem to like him, after not being terrified. Moxxie not minding the kids but will snarl back at them when they act like woodland animals. Kind of a bit of a game.

Right now, both the kids were asleep while the pair were drinking, and eating left over pizza. Not sure how it got to this but doesn't care as Ralphie took another shot of gin as he rambles, Moxxie sitting their taking a sip of the drink in their human disguise, that not used for IMP, and chilling. It was an interesting day as they went with the kids to do a mini golf course event for school. Ralphie pulled a, your surprise visit now a four-team player group for school and drag them in it.

Came in third place so can't complain.

"I don't know I got it in me to date again. Let alone see if they can match our hobbies to say the least." Yes, the worshipping cult part did hold back. But hunting is a whole other story. It's not like there being cannibals 24/7. The kids are getting picky about it. "Plus, I don't know I have the touch anymore?"

"Do I even want to know what that means?" Moxxie took a bite of the pizza that was ordered. Dip it in the chocolate sauce.

Ralphie grunts. "You know wooing them in. I'm not young like I used to be. Plus, it's been months now after Martha death."

"Do you want to date?"

A small shrugged. "At this point was going to wait year or two."

Martha was still his wife, and friend before. It is not like they weren't strangers. But they seem to still keep some secrets from the other.

"Okay you answer one question."

"Yippie." Look back at them and cringe. "How can you eat it just like that?"
