"Flamingo."

Verosika raised an eyebrow but gave their shorter boyfriend a seductive smile. "Come on you know you want too."

Now had did Moxxie and Verosika became friends? Acquaintances? Whatever this is?

Verosika wanted to learn Spanish is how it started.

One day she just went out of the studio to take a smoke break. She was getting back on her feet even as a year passed being dumped by Blitz. She was able to somehow pay off those credit cards but it wasn't easy.  Any who she likes to do it alone and not in a stuffed office that didn't have a window. This was in the Pride Ring by the way. Some sinner came up speaking in a language she didn't quite understand but heard it around before like on Earth. Look like they started to irritate and threaten steps towards her she didn't like it. Try to keep herself grounded and ready to threaten back. A small panic when they grabbed her arm. The sinner wrist was grabbed and push away from her. She was surprised to see the shorter imp that was even less intimidating than him. The sinner shouting louder until Moxxie spoke back in the similar language. Verosika couldn't tell you what the other was saying besides the sinner hand gesturing to her. Whatever Moxxie said next was enough to scare the sinner and rush off.

After that she asked what they were saying. It was Spanish. Recognize it now. Told her to be careful as there might be a chance he would come back around. Or if she in that situation again should uses that cigar or lighter against their eye. Not the kind of advice she expected but she did keep it in the back of her head. An advice she used for a different matter. Then she asked if they could teach her Spanish. She got this silent questionable look and asked why. Well, she really wanted to learn and not be in that situation again. Felt stupid a bit.

Somehow agreement was made. They would teach her. Only to not be stuck in that situation or in a case with Earth too. Didn't want to be paid but just pay for their drink. Verosika was fine with that. It would be like a little routine unless there were changes of plans or going out.

It was a bit tough but Verosika studies hard. She likes the way they would help her learn, like with music. A few of the artist she recognizes but would only hear common language like English. Now getting hook up with the music with some famous Spanish and Latino artist now. Began to slowly understand short sentences. Simple responses at best but it was a good start. If its music can hit a few good verses. She would get a bit pouty not able to get an accent while with Moxxie it was so natural they can do it.

There would be small talk outside of lessons. Be simple, polite and nice to some degree. Verosika learn the little imp can be a blunt sassy little fella. Calls her Flamingo and she tries every way to get them to change it. Nothing works and this is her fate with the nickname.

Somehow became sort of like acquaintances to having a relationship. It's only has been three months now.  It was a change and a difference for both. Ups, downs but can work it out as the two really want to get this work. Even accepting certain quirks. Or see if the other can pass certain boundaries.

Right now, Verosika is pressing one of them for 'fun' time.

"Flamingo." Rub their eyes.

"Please?" Verosika let their lips wobble up a bit. " For little me."

"You are not little of any sorts." Sees her pout further.  "What exactly do you need me for?"

"I need your hands to help me out with annoying, stressful situation."

"...Fine."

Few minutes later

"What you think?" Moxxie sat on the couch. They were holding a mirror up to see the back of her hair.

Verosika smiled as she was sitting on the ground. big holding the other mirror to see too. It was style in a double Dutch braid ponytail she wanted someone to try on her.  "Mox have I ever told you that you great hands?"

"Plenty of times I feel like you have a list made for one."

"Maybe but I'm being nice on making a sfw one for your sake."

"Hmm. I actually did make a list."

"Care to share?"

"It's a nsfw one."

"Gimmie!"

"Nope. You got to be patient."

"You are a cruel imp."

"Yes, yes enough flirting. Did you want to try another style or not?"

"Got something you saw?"

"A Dutch braid Mohawk?"

"Hell yeah!"

Photo appeared of Moxxie just staring at them with 'I'm so done with you 'expression.

"Yep, that's my Moxxie."

"Im putting my phone up."

"Okie dokie...So, are you going to be naked?"

"No."

"I tried. I'll just do it myself when I get there."

"Sureee good luck with that like the many other attempts."

"I gladly will."
