TBOTE 11 ☠

"How did he find out?" Eren asked and started shaking lightly.

"The walkie talkie." Levi mumbled and sighed.

"We have to be quiet about this! Nobody else can know." Eren said as he started panicking.

"No. Why don't you two walk out there and tell everyone what you did? I'm sure Mikasa would love to hear that." Erwin said with a sly smirk.

"Just tell Mikasa and Armin. They're the closest to you." Eren nodded and took Levi's hand. "I'm not leaving you alone with him."

Levi nodded and followed Eren out, squeezing his hand lightly.

Mikasa watched them and almost looked disgusted at the sight. "What are you doing?" She asked and walked up to the two.

"We need to talk. Get Armin too."

The four of them went into Eren's tent. Eren wouldn't let go of Levi's hand.

"So..Levi and I met up in the woods. We tried to keep it a secret but Erwin find out..and in a few weeks I have to take a pregnancy test if I show symptoms."

Mikasa and Armin's eyes went wide. "Are you serious?!" She yelled and looked at Levi. "This is all your fault! You impregnated my fifteen year old brother!"

"We don't know for sure..but next time we're out we need to search for a pregnancy test alright?" Eren looked down and frowned.

Mikasa stormed out of the tent without a word. "I can't believe this!"

Armin looked at Eren with a disappointed look and sighed. He followed Mikasa out.

"This sucks." Eren mumbled and looked at Levi.

"I know, I know. How about we sneak away and get the test?" Levi asked. "It'd be easier."

Eren nodded and stood up. They both crawled out of the tent and to the exit of the camp.

They slipped out unnoticed and headed down the road to the nearest store, all Levi had was a knife. Eren had no weapon at all.

"We should've at least grabbed a gun or two, it's already almost night." Eren said as he looked around nervously.

"Oh relax, we're fine." Levi mumbled and took Eren's hand. "Stop shaking Eren."

Eren blushed embarrassed and shoved Levi away. "Shut up! How far is the store anyways?"

"Few minutes, be patient." Levi said in a whisper as he heard moaning and groaning from close by.

"Infected are close. Stay alert." Levi said as he took his knife out. Eren stayed close to the man's side.

Eren looked around and squinted trying to get his eyes to adjust to the darkness that was creeping upon them.

Once they finally made it to the store it was already night. The moon was the only thing that illuminated the area. The front of the shop was well lit from the windows in front, but the back was complete darkness.

Eren and Levi quickly looked through everything trying to find food and water. They found bags of chips and pretzels and some water.

"I need the pregnancy test." Eren blurted out as he looked at the signs for the isle.

"Eren are you sure you need it now? It just happened, it'll be weeks before you show symptoms, if any."

Eren quickly shook his head. "No, I do need it. We don't know if they'll still be here. We don't even know if we'll still be here..well in this area at least."

Levi nodded and sighed. "Alright. I'll go with you to get it. It's too dark over there."

Eren nodded and they looked around. He eventually found a box with one pregnancy test and clutched it tightly.

"Because of this scare you better get more condoms and stuff them in your pockets." Eren grumbled and started throwing unopened condom packages at Levi.

"So..does that mean we'll be meeting up in the woods a few more times?" Levi smirked and stuffed them in his pockets.

Eren rolled his eyes. "Don't get your hopes up. Mikasa probably won't let me out of her sight for the rest of my life." He sighed and frowned.

Levi groaned quietly. "She can't control your life Eren. If you really want to meet up in the woods with me-- even my tent she shouldn't stop you."

Eren stuffed the small box with the pregnancy test into his bag. "I have an idea."

"What is it?" Levi asked and raised an eyebrow.

"First find another pregnancy test alright? Then I'll explain."

Levi watched Eren curiously before digging through things on the ground. He found one and handed it to Eren.

"If I'm pregnant, we'll hide the positive pregnancy test. You pee on the spare one and it'll become negative. That's the one we'll show everyone. It'll buy us a bit of time to come up with a plan." Eren put the other test in his bag.

Levi nodded and started heading to the front of the store. "Alright, sounds good."

Eren followed and sighed quietly. He was so nervous, he was terrified, but he didn't want Levi to know.

Levi knew Eren was nervous and tried to calm him down. "Don't worry. Things will be fine." He mumbled.

Eren stuffed his hands into his pockets. "But so much could go wrong.."

"It won't." Levi mumbled and crossed his arms.

"Where were you two?!" Mikasa yelled as she watched Eren and Levi walk back into the camp.

"The store." Levi held up a bag of cans and anything else they could find.

Mikasa wanted to yell at them more, but her growling stomach spoke otherwise. "Alright." She sighed.

"I'm surprised you two didn't hook up in the woods again." Armin said in a hushed tone as he walked to his and Eren's tent. He climbed in and zipped it up.

"Geez, he is definitely not happy." Eren mumbled and sat down on the ground.

"Armin was freaking out more than I was Eren." Mikasa sat next to Eren. "I thought I was angry..once you left he flipped."

Eren sighed and rested his head on his knees. "Well I'm sorry. I can't control this."

"Uh you could've prevented it by not doing it Eren. We already caught you and Levi once already." Mikasa mumbled and grabbed some chips out of the bag Levi had set down.

"I know I know, but I like Levi." Eren smiled and looked up at Levi who was looking down at Eren.

Levi bit his lip and sat on a fallen log.

"And Levi, do you like Eren?" Mikasa asked and raised an eyebrow.

Levi gave Mikasa a small, very very quick nod. It was barely noticeable.

"Eren, I hope you know I'm against this because it's Levi, not that you like guys right?" Mikasa said as she ate a chip.

Eren nodded and sighed. "Yeah yeah..oh! I have to go to my tent."

The boy quickly stood up and ran into his tent. He hid the pregnancy tests in his pillow and put his bag aside. After a long day all he wanted was sleep.

Armin was already knocked out beside him. Eren leaned over and looked at his best friend. He frowned when he saw his best friends tear stained cheeks.

"I'm sorry." Eren whispered and turned so he was facing away from Armin. He started falling asleep instantly.
