Two weeks had gone by.

Eren was panicking. He had no idea what to do.

Every single day he woke up hooked up to a machine. It took his blood.

Eren's body wasn't replenishing the blood fast enough.

The twins were still healthy as strong, so was Jazlyn. It seemed like the doctors at least had some care for children.

Eren was weak and had dark circles forming under his eyes. He wasn't able to sleep, and whenever he did he had nightmares on not waking up.

He hoped it wasn't any longer. He didn't know if he was pregnant or not and getting so much blood taken wasn't healthy.

Eren stood up from the bed and held onto the wall as he walked into the hall. The twins were napping with Jazlyn, they'd be out for a while.

Jesse watched as Eren grew weaker and weaker day by day. He passed him in the hall. "Hey Eren."

"Hey." Eren said back, smiling faintly.

"The doctors want to see you." Jesse mumbled, frowning. "I think they just want to talk to you."

"Oh alright." Eren walked away and went into the lab.

The doctors stopped looking at blood samples and focused on Eren. "Hello, we'd like to talk about something we found in your most recent blood test."

"What is it?" Eren walked closer, completely forgetting pregnancy could be seen with a blood test.

"When was the last time you were sexually active?" A doctor asked.

Eren shifted awkwardly. "Um..a few weeks ago."

"Ah, I see. Well we were able to see you were pregnant." The doctor said, shutting their laptop.

Eren looked excited and very happy until he heard the doctor's next words.

"That won't work right now. You'll have to terminate the pregnancy." The doctor stated emotionlessly as they put their laptop away.

"W-What? No! The guy I'm with is finally accepting kids. I had a miscarriage a few months ago, I need this." Eren frowned and backed up. "I want to go home already. Please just let me go home."

"You're government property until we have a steady antidote. We need an antidote that's one hundred percent effective." The doctor watched Eren.

"But I'm too weak. You are taking too much blood. It hurts." Eren whined and kept a hand on the wall to support himself up.

The doctor sighed. "We'll take less alright?"

"I just want to go home." Eren mumbled. "Please."

"No." The doctor turned away and went back to studying blood samples.

Eren frowned and walked out. He went back to the room to see Jesse standing over the crib.

Jesse turned to Eren. "I was walking by and I heard them whining."

"Oh they're probably hungry." Eren weakly picked the twins up and set them on the bed.

Jazlyn stayed asleep in the crib, not noticing the twins were gone.

Eren made two bottles quickly and handed them to the twins. "I should also get you guys some real food. All you two have been drinking is bottles. Jesse, can you watch them?"

Jesse nodded and sat on the corner of the bed.

Eren walked out and went into the kitchen. He grabbed some spaghetti baby food from the drawers. Those people had stocked an area just for the twins. It felt weird to Eren.

The teen returned and took the bottles away from them slowly. "Time to eat big kid food."

Kari whined and pouted. Ryder opened his mouth, waiting to be fed.

Eren fed Ryder first. He liked the food a lot.

Kari still just wanted bottles.

"I bet if your other daddy was here he'd get you to eat." Eren grumbled, trying to feed Kari.

Kari's eyes lit up at the mention of her other father and she whined. "Dada."

Eren sighed. Mentioning Levi probably wasn't a good idea. "We'll go see daddy soon alright?"

Kari pouted and turned her head as Eren guided a spoon to her lips. "Kar, daddy would want you to eat. Ry already ate like a good boy. So he gets his bottle back."

Ryder giggled and smiled. Eren handed Ryder his bottle and he took it happily.

Kari watched Ryder with jealously and slowly opened her mouth.

"Good girl." Eren smiled and fed Kari quickly before she refused again. He handed Kari her bottle. He ruffled a hand through her hair. "Daddy would be happy." He said quietly.

Eren sighed and frowned. Levi was missing a lot of time with them. They weren't going to be small forever and the time they are they have to be separated.

Jesse watched and stood up from the bed. "You should be going home soon. Don't listen to what the doctors tell you."

"You think?" Eren raised an eyebrow.

"I know so." Jesse bit his lip. Eren wasn't going to be allowed to leave for months. Jesse, however, was one of the guys that still had kindness. He was going to try and help Eren escape in a few weeks. He had it all planned out.
