"Shut up already." Levi groaned, stuffing his gun in his pocket. "It's over with. Just shake hands and grow up. This isn't high school."

Armin nodded in agreement and slowly began untying Jesse. "We should be focusing on surviving and finding good people to help get Eren's blood out there."

"True." Jean added. Once the news spread that Jesse was awake everyone gathered.

Once Armin untied Jesse and went straight for Eren, knocking him to the ground.

"Jesse." Levi growled and pulled him off of Eren. "Enough!"

Jesse stared up at Levi with a glare. "I will never look at Eren the same. He's a monster."

Eren sat on the ground where Jesse had knocked him down, a deep frown on his face. "It's not my fault you don't know how to fight."

Jesse turned and looked at Eren. "Do you want to die? Because I will kill you."

Levi raised an eyebrow and pushed Jesse over, placing his heavy boot against the other man's skull. "Not if I kill you first, so shut the fuck up!"

Armin sighed. "Levi please."

"This idiot is threatening my fiancé, what do you think I'm gonna do?" Levi spat, glaring at Armin.

Eren simply watched, not saying a single word. Things were getting ridiculous.

Armin's expression fell as he looked down at the floor. He didn't know what else to do or say.

Jesse looked up at Levi. "Get your foot off of me." He shifted and tried to push it away, but Levi only pressed down harder.

"You're not hurting Eren correct?" Levi asked, narrowing his eyes.

"I won't." Jesse muttered angrily.

Levi removed his foot and watched as Jesse slowly stood up.

Jesse walked away, in an extreme amount of pain.

Armin watched, but didn't go after Jesse. He was worried about him, but wasn't going to go and treat him like nothing had ever happened between them. Like Jesse didn't leave Armin behind.

Eren watched before slowly standing up. "Come on Levi."

Levi nodded and took Eren's hand. "So.. what next?"

"What Armin said earlier. We're not going anything here or trying to get the apocalypse to end.. we're just letting it go on and waste us away.." Eren whispered. "We really need to go. Do some cure of our own. Maybe Hanji can do it for sure. She seems like the only one without having to trust a stranger."

Hanji went from standing by Jean and Marco to making her way over to Eren. "I heard my name?"

Eren looked at Hanji. "Can you help get us into a lab?"

"Probably?" Hanji shrugged. "We just have to sneak in one. If they have the materials needed I can help you out. I know what you're leading to. You're going to try and save the world again?"

"When you say it like that it seems ridiculous." Eren pouted.

"But it is kinda ridiculous. You've tried and the people have been disastrous." Jean added.

"True, now we're not going to other people. We're going this on our own. No strangers." Eren murmured. "We can't trust anyone else at all. Just us. So Hanji is making the cure."

Hanji's eyes widened. "Whoa that's a lot. I definitely didn't agree to that."

Eren frowned. "But you're the only one that knows science in that way. We can't just put my blood in other people. Don't you have to extract the cure or whatever?"

Hanji sighed. "All of the other scientists were just planning on pumping your blood like that into other people, but it does make more sense to try and extract the cure. It might even work better."

"See? That's why we need you for this. Please Hanji." Eren pouted.

"Fine, but we are going to be very quiet about this. Not everyone in our group needs to know either. People get selfish and will only want the cure for themselves okay?" Hanji watched Eren.

"Okay, just some of us. Not everyone." Eren agreed. "But we can't split up."

"I know, we'll just say we're going to live in the lab for safe purposes I guess." Hanji shrugged. "No one will question it that much. They trust us."

"So when do we leave?" Levi asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Tomorrow morning." Hanji added. "So I think we have some packing to do."

A/N: hey guys issa me ~~ I haven't done an actual authors note in quite a few chapters. Anyways, I want to start wrapping this story up to start on the sequel 😅 I just have no idea how to end this section, anyways, life has been okay. I work almost everyday and then when school starts I'll have work and school which sucks. I'm so sleep deprived during the week. It sucks. Anyways, I'm going to try and have more time to write. I need the time. I need to have some time to be creative. This is my last year of high school coming up, so I plan to make the most of that too, so if I don't update much you know why.
