Eren had no motivation to do anything.

He only moved for his children. He only ate for his children. He only slept for his children.

He couldn't find anything to do.

Levi wandered around the hall to find someone to talk to. Eren was basically ignoring him.

He saw Erwin and instantly tried to turn around.

"Hey Levi wait up." Erwin called, smirking.

Levi groaned and turned. "I'm not in the mood. Fuck off."

"I saw little Eren stopped giving you attention. He finally get rid of your emotionless ass?" Erwin teased.

Levi narrowed his eyes. "Excuse me? Eren is depressed. He has something going on in his mind. This isn't him. Before you say shit you should actually pay attention."

Armin walked down the hall holding hands with Jesse. "Levi! How is Eren? He's been locked up for a while now.."

Levi turned to Armin, finished with his conversation with Erwin. "He won't come out. As long as he has the kids he won't move."

Armin let go of Jesse's hand and placed it on Levi's shoulder. "This really isn't him..he really loves you okay? He'll get better."

"I'm losing the hope I don't even have, kid." Levi grumbled, walking away.

Jesse sighed. "Damn. Does having a baby really make you depressed?"

Armin nodded. "Sometimes seeing how you look after you've had the baby takes a toll on your mind. He might feel Levi won't want him with how he looks. He may feel alone. He may feel a bit traumatized from what he went through in the military facility alone. He's scarred up. He did his own cesarean section twice. It was probably traumatizing."

Jesse stayed silent for a moment before speaking, having an idea. "Maybe we need an adventure, an environment change. We need to get out of this hospital anyways."

Armin nodded. "That could work. We could go talk to him about a change."

Armin walked hand in hand with Jesse to Eren's room.

The blonde knocked before opening the door.

Eren had Kari and Ryder playing with toys found while out on supply runs.

The teen was busy feeding the newborn, Jaxon, his bottle. He turned when he saw Armin and Jesse. "Hey what is it?" He set Jaxon's bottle down, earning a whine from him.

Armin smiled. "Hey. Jesse and I were thinking...would you like to go out with us to find a new place to live? I think it's time we search for a better place. This hospital isn't safe anymore."

Eren's eyes lit up. "Sure, I'll get Mikasa to watch the kids then."

The three headed out of the hospital, guns in their hands.

"So what type of building should we look for?" Armin asked.

"Anything that doesn't have a lot of windows. It has to be big enough for our group, but small enough where we can all be close." Eren mumbled, scanning the area around him slowly.

Just as Eren turned the corner an infected came running, it would either ignore Eren or bite him, taste his blood and pull away because he was immune.

This infected decided to leap on Eren and try to nip at his neck.

Eren kicked and held the gun to the infected's head, ready to kill it.

Before he could, Jesse aimed and shot the infected, knocking it off of Eren.

Eren stood up annoyed. "Dammit! I had that!"

"No you didn't." Jesse mumbled.

"I did." Eren whispered. "Everyone thinks I'm weak because I have kids. That I'm too fragile or gentle. I can deal and be rough. I can fight, I can shoot. I can beat the infected!" He yelled in frustration before storming off into another direction. He held his gun at his side and slowly lifted it. He walked into a fairly nice building that could even be a potential house for the group.

It had tall fences in the backyard, good for farming and protection.

The teen stepped inside. Most of the house was empty and lifeless, but that would do. He banged the wall, trying to draw any infected out into the hall.

Eren stopped thinking about what others thought of him. He was strong. He could do it. He started walking around the house.

Armin and Jesse had slowly followed behind Eren and had waited on the porch of the house for him. They made small talk while waiting for Eren.

They both turned and ran into the house when a sudden scream rang through their ears.

It was Eren's scream.

What did he see?

Was he in danger?

Armin was extremely worried as he sped into the house and up the stairs.

Jesse followed close behind.
