Helping Hayes

Hayes's POV

"Hayes!!" My mom yells up the stairs towards me.

"What?"

"Nash is on the phone he wants to talk to you."

I'm so happy I haven't talked to Nash in such a long time he lives in California which is on the other side of the United States.

I go towards my room, grab the home phone and I start to talk to Nash."

On the phone with Nash

Nash: Heeeeeyy Hayes how's a going?

Me: Interesting, how is California?

Nash: Well it's hot of course, but I didn't talk to you just to talk about the weather I have a surprise for you.!!

Me:What is it?

Nash: I'm coming home next week!!!

Me: Oh my god you are!!!!! For how long???!!!

Nash: 3 weeks so in those weeks we can go on the boat ,

I cut him off

Me: Hangout

Nash: AND MAKE VINES!!!

Me: Nash I'm so excited

If Nash is coming in a week I have to get my leg better.

Penn's POV

"So Hayes where does it hurt?

"Right here he says as he points to it

"So I asked my mom and she said it was a minor sprang."

"Then why does it hurt so much?"

"Because it's different from other sprangs it's on a different nerve."

"Oh so when do you think I could get better because a friend is coming to see me next week?"

"It will be good as new in 3 days and who is the friend?

"It's Nash!!!"

I hug him "WHAT OMG IM SO HAPPY FOR YOU I YELL!!

"Shhh Penn it's a surprise my mom,dad and Sky don't know about it."

"Ooh ok so it's our little secret I guess."

"Yea I guess so he laughs as he smiles. So can we talk about what happened in the car yesterday?

"The kiss?

"Yea that..."

"Oh, yeah?"

"So do you like me is that why you kissed me."

"Uhh Hayes can we not talk about this now."

"No Penn I want to know if you like me."

Wow that took a slight change in mood.

"Listen Hayes I say slowly I do like you a lot actually, but yesterday my ex just abused you and me so idk about dating just yet."

"Penn I like you a lot I've liked you since when you first started babysitting me and Skylynn even though it might have not looked like I liked you,  I did I was just mad at my mom that night."

"But Hayes"

"Penn will you please just give me a chance I'm not like that douchebag Logan. I won't hurt you."

"Hayes it's just not that easy."

"Penelope please."

I say before I could say anything else he kisses me

Do I pull back? Do I keep going? I really do like Hayes but is this the right decision?

Hayes's POV

I decided so kiss Penn I couldn't help it she looked so perfect sitting on my bed I just had to. I really want to be with her.

"Penn." I say

"Yes?"

"Will you please be my girlfriend??"
