Formally: The Journey Onwards…Upwards and Downwards
Shadow along with Sophia, Julia and Ariana were heading north to the location of the second divine object which was according to the guide at an indoor-play centre. Shadow, with his arms behind his head, sighed “Remind me again how this group got put together?” Sophia looked at him
“well…we need a leader and we all chose you” replied Sophia
“We all asked you nicely” said Ariana
“you wanna try saying no to five…count ‘em five girls” said Shadow displaying with his hand “that all do the puppy dog eyes at the same time!” all the girls let off a small mischievous giggle “even Circuit was hard to deny”
“I’m surprised Truth said no though” said Sophia “this sounds like, right up his street”
“ah leave him” said Julia with an uncaring tone “trying to prove he’s all macho to all us saying” she then mocked him with a hand “that indoor centre is way too young for me” she then blew a raspberry and threw an imaginary ball “ah leave him”
“Why what’s wrong Shadow?" said Ariana "Don’t you like the group?”
“It’s not that” he said a bit depressed like face “I wouldn’t have minded some input in the group” all three patted his back at the same time “less patronizing please” they once more let off a mischievous giggle
The group were walking alone a fairly lonely road in-between two vast fields of grass when Shadow spoke “hey Sophia…have you noticed…anything odd between Circuit and Max?”
“well…they have been talking a lot lately why" said Sophia thinking
“well…this morning when he commented on all your…hair after your showers you know trying to impress. Circuit for some reason shocked the crud out of him. It was like seeing a microwave dinner when she finished”
“well…her hair was stuck out like a tv antenna Shadow" said Sophia plainly "He said the right thing just at the wrong time”
“then explain the red blush on her face” she looked at him surprised and impressed
“you noticed did you? I’ll have to give you some credit there”
“guys…guys look over there” said Ariana pointing at a large metal blue building “that it’s where we need to go” they all smiled and walked onwards…under the careful gaze of Zodiac who watched from the roof of the building
“interesting…his darkness has been expunged and he survives as intended but…his strength is already close to what it was” he held out his hand which then glowed white “ah…so that what it is” he brought back his hand and a sphere of light formed “he has no idea of the power…he now has access to”
The group went to the front doors of the metallic building. They were no signs or banners displaying a name. Shadow put his hands on the blank blue wooden door “well…shall we?” with a nod they all went inside. When they got inside they all just stared at what was inside “erm…Ariana? I’ve just thought is there a special reason this is in a guide book you forgot to tell us about?”
“oh yeah” said Ariana with a nervous smile “yeah well…this is the largest indoor play centre in the world” what stood before was, what could only be described, as a gigantic jungle gym. There was climbing walls, rope swings, tunnels, rope bridges, and massive slides. The whole gym had sponge floors with the whole floor around the gym being one big giant ball pool
