Kerr's memory has improved tremendously. They were having sweets made from sugarcane when he

suddenly remembered his dream about Elle and the email that he did not finish reading.

" Kuruku, how far are we from the nearest town?'

" One day by foot...unfinished business? Asked the wise tribesman with a faint smile on his thick lips.

He nodded his head. He told Kuruku about Elle and the dream that pulled him back to earth.

Kuruku was suddenly quiet, contemplating on what he will say to Kerr.

" We are still not sure if they have believed that no one knew what they did. But you have to get to her.

I'll send our fastest runner to the town tomorrow to become our ears. By dusk, he'll have our

answers."

That night, the women prepared food for the runner. Before the sun rose to the skies, the runner has

covered one fourth of his destination... the big town of Nayou.

It's market day in Nayou. The busy street is lined up with vendors and buyers that came from different

villages. Fruits, vegetables, hand woven fabrics, animals, food, spices, and other artifacts are in every

corner of the busy town. The runner knows where to go and whom to speak. He looked around for

any signs of the enemy. When his senses told him none, he proceeded to meet the old man that is

blind but can see everything. He knows about the existence of Engineer in Kingali and sent out the

word that he should stay hidden until the right time comes." The right time has come...justice is

coming for all our brothers , sisters, mothers, and children that perished in the explosion." He fed the

runner, gave him some provisions, and gave him a small leathery sachet for the Engineer " who has

the heart of a brave and faithful man." He blessed the runner and sent him out in the dark night.
