TISSUES ARE GREATLY RECOMMENDED

(It was nighttime when they had the fight, this is the next day.)

-Garroth-

My hair is damp.

My clothes are wet.

Yet, my necklace is still shining.

What is that supposed to mean?

I want to believe that it means that our love still exists.

Our special moments.

Our memories.

Us.

But it's so difficult.

You think of a glass pane.

Imagine that glass pane completely shattered.

Then imagine a girl - a girl with beautiful shimmering hazel eyes and raven black hair and a smile that could brighten up the world - came over with maybe some glue.

Not the best, but it works.

Imagine she takes each small shard and tries her best to glue them back together to fix the pane.

When she finally finishes, the pane is slightly disfigured, yet at least it's back to being one, full glass pane.

It's not perfect, but it works.

That glass pane,

is me.

I rub my eyes, puffy from all the crying. I flashback to the sounds of Aphmau screaming at me and all the regret in her eyes, and regret hits me again.

I am a problem.

I push a hand through my damp hair, sighing.

"Why would you think I'm lying to you?"

Why would I think that? After all she's done?

I'm such a terrible person.

"Laurance forced it, I couldn't move."

Was that a lie? Or was it the truth? Did Laurance set it up?

No, Laurance would never do that.

Wait.

"Oh! I'm sorry, I didn't mean to."

Azura Brightport.

That girl has some nerve.

I suddenly receive yet another notification on my phone.

Aphmau <3 : Garroth, I'm sorry. Please come back.

Aphmau <3 : The news today said your brother and father got taken to jail. They were found beating up some kids because they couldn't say where you were, because they didn't know who you were.
