Girls Day

It's been two Weeks since everything happened and things are finally starting to fall into place. Melissa was gone before Noah got home that day and he hasn't heard from her since, Ash, Logan and Ryan are still staying with Noah at his parents along with Sofie.

When I got home Dad wasn't too happy about the arrangement Noah and I had agreed on, he said we were taking a step backwards and we couldn't afford that with the wedding just four months away.

"Ellie, you in there?" Sofi asked pulling me out of my thoughts

"Yeah, come in!" I called out

"You're still in bed? It's already after twelve."

"Yeah we'll summer is almost over and I still haven't had a day to just bum around." I yawned sitting up and leaning against the headboard

"Well I came to ask for a huge favor." She admitted already giving me her puppy eyes

"Don't even give me that look, just ask and we'll see." I warned

"Chase asked me out tonight and I was hoping you and Noah would double with us." She said sitting on the edge of the bed

"Do you really want your brother on a date with you?" I asked skeptically

"No, I want you there, I'm nervous and having you there in case things get awkward would be amazing." She said pleading with her eyes

"Noah and I didn't have plans to hang out tonight but I guess I can call him and see what he says."

"Really!! You're the greatest best friend ever." She hugged me

"Alright, alright, now where are we going and what time?" I asked grabbing my cell from the night stand

"I told him I wanted to walk around downtown so were just gonna hang out and have dinner somewhere down there, he's picking me up at 7." She beamed

"Okay we'll I'll call Noah now so you know if we can be there." I said dialing his number

"Hey baby, what's up?" He answered after the second ring

"Sofi is here and wants to know if we want to double with her and Chase tonight."

Chase and Sofi have been seeing more of each other since she decided to stay here with Noah and things seem to be going pretty good with them, but they're still getting to know each other.

"Won't that be a little awkward?" He asked sounding unsure

"That's exactly what I said but she wants to have back up just in case things get uncomfortable." I explained

" Then I guess that's fine, where are we going?"

"We're just gonna hang around downtown, he's picking her up at seven."

"Sounds good, I'll pick you up then and we'll meet them at the restaurant ."

"I'll tell her, I'll see you tonight." I smiled hanging up

Noah and I had hung out a few times and he made dinner for me at his place two nights ago but this was the first time we were hanging out outside of our houses.

"What did he say?" She asked as I set my phone back on the night stand

"He'll be here at seven and we'll meet you at the restaurant, just let him know where we're going when you get home." I said snuggling back into my covers and turning the TV on

"Why don't you get your lazy butt out of bed and hang out with me today?" She asked standing from the bed

"What do you have planned?" I asked turning my attention away from the reality show that was on
