Arranged Love...

Date Night

I had just finished taking a body bath covering my hair so it wouldn't mess up, I quickly dried off and put my robe on so I could go figure out what to wear. I turned on my straightener so it would be ready if I had to fix my hear once I finished getting dress.

I decided to keep it cute and simple with a white tank and navy and white Chevron maxi. I went to my vanity and did my make up, Noah would be here in thirty minutes so I didn't have much time. I applied my face make up and decided to go with a shimmery navy blue eyeshadow on my lids, I put eyeliner and mascara, then applied blush to the apples of my cheeks and finished the look off with clear lip gloss.

I had just finished touching up my hair when the doorbell rang, I had my bedroom door open and heard mom answer the door and greet Noah, a few minutes later I could hear him coming up the stairs.

I went to grab my shoes from the closet before he reached my room, I was a little nervous about what he would think of my new look.

"Ellie, you in here?" He asked while I buckled my navy wedges

"I'll be out in a minute." I call back

" Sofie said you guys went to get your hair done and I'm in for a surprise." He said as I finished putting my shoes on

"Yeah, you ready to see my new look?" I asked a bit hesitant

"Yes, get out here already." He chuckled

I stepped out slowly keeping my eyes on his face to gauge his reaction but he did a pretty good job keeping himself in check.

"You hate it?" I asked stopping a few feet in front of him

"No, you're beautiful, I actually really like it." He smiled as he circles my waist with his arms

"Good, cause I love it. I'm probably going to change it for the wedding but it feels summery." I smiled up at him  

"We should getting going if we don't want to make them wait." He said after giving me a small peck

"Let me just grab my purse." I said pulling a way from him

I grabbed my purse off my desk as well as my phone that was currently on the charger.

"What?" I asked when I turned and found him staring at me

"You look beautiful."

"Thanks, you don't look too bad yourself." I blushed as he entwined our fingers and lead me out of my room and down the stairs

Noah had on a light grey button up with the sleeves rolled up to his elbow and the first three buttons undone so it showed enough of him so that you could tell he worked out and dark wash blue jeans, it was simple but he still managed to look mouth watering.

"We're leaving, don't wait up." I called out to my mom as we past the living room where she was reading

Dad still wasn't feeling like himself and had gone to bed early.

"Okay, you kids have fun and be careful, call if you decided not to come home." She said as Noah reached the door

"Good Night Gemma." he said as he lead me outside and to a sexy black Camero with dark tinted windows

"Who's car is this?" I asked as he held the passenger door open for me

"Mine, I got it today, you like?" he asked

"Love, it's suites you perfectly." I said as I climbed in

He closed the door once I was in and ran around the car and climbed in next to me. We didn't talk much on the way but it wasn't uncomfortable, it was nice to just enjoy being in the same space as him.
