I Trust You [Judy x Nick]

Judy had been texting Jacob for some time.

Jacob: So do you wanna hang out again some time?

Judy: Sure, when are you available?

Jacob: Well, I only have today and tomorrow off sadly. 

Judy: D: Aww, that's terrible!

Jacob: I know...but oh well. A job's a job, ya know? (^-^)

Judy chuckled.

Judy: Yeah that's true. Mine isn't so easy either. I gotta put up with Nick...he can be such a pain.

Jacob: Oh that newbie.

Judy: He's not a newbie...kinda.

Jacob: >.> You know he is.

Judy: Well he isn't. <.<

Jacob: Oh, taking his side I see?

Judy: It's not that! I just...he's actually smarter than me when it comes to catching thieves.

Jacob: I see. He probably was one.

Judy: Yeah...he used to be. But not anymore! I'm so happy for him!

Jacob: That's good to hear.

Judy kicked her feet on her bed happily.

Judy: If you want, we can meet up today or tomorrow.

Jacob: Today sounds good. I actually have to go visit my parents tomorrow so that's already off.

Judy: Oh! Okay then no problem.

Jacob: Stroll to the park? At 6?

Judy: I'll be waiting.

Jacob: Okay, cya! Muah! <3

Judy: :o!

Judy rolled onto her bed, snuggling her pillow. "Mmm..." Ring!!! Judy glanced at her phone, squinting. "Nick...?" She sighed, hoping to get some rest.

"Hello...?"

"Carrot-top~" Nick sang in a deep attractive voice. Judy's heart melted away.

"What is it?!" She yelped.

"Did you still wanna know about my question?"

"YES!!!" Judy cried.

"Too bad. You're gonna have to wait~" He teased.

"Ugh, why are you calling me then."

"I don't know. I just felt that my cute little partner in crime needed a little cheering up."

"What? But I'm not sad."

"Yes you are." Nick insisted. "You're sad because I won't tell you my secret."

Judy remained silent. "Nick this isn't funny anymore..."

Nick sighed. "I know...I'm getting bored of this too."

"..." Judy hung up the phone.

Within two seconds her phone rang again. "What."

"I'm sorry. I promise I won't bring up this subject again."

"Thank you."

"Okay."

"I gotta go...Jacob is coming over."

"Oh, that rabbit. Okay. I'll catch you later then I guess."

Judy and Jacob held hands, strolling along the path by the lake. Jacob looked over to the body of water and laughed. "Look Judy! Aren't the ducks pretty cute!"
